Don Hattan Chevrolet

By far the most dishonest dealership I have ever seen. They provided a false vehicle history report on our car that had major issues right after we bought it. I contacted GM about it and they provided me with a accurate history of the vehicle. When confronted about inaccurate one she was given that did not show the major issues the car previously had including previous complete transmission failure the first thing they said was ""how did you find out about that?"" DO yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. more

Don Hattan service has left us without a vehicle for an entire week just to fix the security problem. When we went to pick the vehicle up, it was not starting. The reason why we brought it in the first place. After opening the hood they found a bad sensor wire and said that needed to be replaced. After talking to several different mechanics in town, they informed me that a bad sensor wire could cause a bad diagnostic. So, it probably was not a security problem in the first place and I am out 500 dollars now! Almost 700 dollars later we picked the car up only for it start clunking on the way home, something it has NEVER done. Upon looking it over, come to find out they broke a bracket where the coolant fan sits. OH, also the security light is still on, so just a matter of time before the car continues to do what it did before we took it into them. They refuse to fix their mistake. Told us we would have to pay to have it fixed! I wish I would of just taken my car to another shop, but figured since they are a Chevy dealership they would be able to get the problem fixed right. Apparently not!! more

Don Hattan is NOT a good place to purchase a vehicle! They sold my mother a used Saturn Vue and within 5000 miles the transmission is bad. Took it back to Don Hattan and they told her it would be $4500 to replace the transmission. After looking over the paperwork she noticed the final cost was $6900. After talking to GM they told me the transmission had been replaced 30,000 miles ago and had numerous past issues. The Carfax that Don Hattan gave her showed nothing like that. After talking to GM they informed me Don Hattan DID have access to the same information on the repair history they had and should have informed her of the prior issues. DON HATTAN belongs on South Broadway with all the other rip off artists. Totally deceptive and dishonest dealership. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE! more

They took advantage of my daughter, sold them a used junk truck at a high price and basically helped themselves to a perfectly good lte model trade in and refuse to help my children. My son in law just returned from serving in Iraq! Thanks Don Hattan for such a wonderful homecoming! Plan on spreading the joy to all other service members... more

Don Hattan is a great place for service. They are very honest and usually can get you in at the last minute. They are very friendly and also will take you to your place of employment if needed. I was impressed as a past Chevrolet buyer, Don Hattan Chevrolet is very courteous and helpful. They really worked hard to get me the right car (In this case a truck) for the right price.
