Don Hattan service has left us without a vehicle for an entire week just to fix the security problem. When we went to pick the vehicle up, it was not starting. The reason why we brought it in the first place. After opening the hood they found a bad sensor wire and said that needed to be replaced. After talking to several different mechanics in town, they informed me that a bad sensor wire could cause a bad diagnostic. So, it probably was not a security problem in the first place and I am out 500 dollars now! Almost 700 dollars later we picked the car up only for it start clunking on the way home, something it has NEVER done. Upon looking it over, come to find out they broke a bracket where the coolant fan sits. OH, also the security light is still on, so just a matter of time before the car continues to do what it did before we took it into them. They refuse to fix their mistake. Told us we would have to pay to have it fixed! I wish I would of just taken my car to another shop, but figured since they are a Chevy dealership they would be able to get the problem fixed right. Apparently not!!
