absolutely deplorable customer service! The owners are so incredibly rude and disrespectful they clearly don't care if customers return. They ruined a work luncheon today. they delivered a pre-ordered (by 2 days) and pre-paid food order over an hour past the time requested (for an hour long luncheon). i called twice regarding the missing food and they lied to me telling me it was on the way. they are only located 5 minutes from my workplace. when i explained the the luncheon was over and i no longer needed the food, as everyone had already returned to work they took attitude with me for ""not understanding human error"". They never once offered an apology or attempted to rectify the situation in any way. I requested my money back and the owner actually hung up on me! more

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with all kinds of pastries, cakes, pies, cookies, cream puffs, cannolies, etc... then you realize you are smelling fried eggplant, chicken parm, pizza..etc I bout a dozen of the pepperoni garlic knots for 5 bucks and they were scrumptious! The dough was fresh with just the right amount of garlic and the pepperoni wasn't greasy at all. the side of sauce on the side was a bonus, also delicious. I actually preferred them without the sauce. The vanilla cream doughnuts are fantastic. best I've had. Chocolate covered cannolies... what can I say, they were to die for... light, creamy, and sweet! Everything I bought was delicious. I can't wait to try the fried eggplant slices, pizza and Stromboli. I will defiantly be going back and soon. p.s. - I'm not sure who wrote the bad reviews on here, I'm guessing a disgruntled teenage ex-employee? I found the staff to be pleasant and very courteous. more

i never do this-give negative commentsor any comments at all,but my experience there was the worst.So i decided to share.After expalining to the owner what i wanted, he gave me: ""I PASS"", turned around and walked away.I am wondering how his arrogant and rude nature brings the business.Never will be back!!! more

The owners are rude and obnoxious. They think whatever they say goes with total disregard for anyone else. If you decide to go inside this building, you're taking your life into your own hands. The building, electrical wiring, refrigeration, additions were built and/or completed without proper permits and variances. Not to mention, nothing has ever been inspected. Wonder who's getting the kick back in Lower Southampton township?????? Possibly the zoning office? Cons: Owners are rude and obnoxious more

#1 I spent $259 for 2 cookie trays and a double layed sheet cake that was paid for in full the week prior. Not only was the second layer frozen so that I couldn't cut it for my guests, but the bottom sheetcake was soggy and waterlogged and fell apart. It was awful and I was mortified! Pros: NONE Cons: The most obnoxious buisness owners I've ever met in my life! more
