I Checked Pricing with 5 other companies. There price was much lower then everyone elses. I was moving locally and needed to move ASAP. When the movers arrived I knew I had made the right decision. There trucks even had the Steelers on it! Everything went Great! I could not have asked for any better. Don Farr made my move easy as cake. Definatly Will recommend to my friends and anyone else! more

i beg to disagree with jack t, though i am glad the move went well for them. . don farr moved our things - more than a few collectibles - and we also thought our possessions were in good hands until their arrival in our new residence (in another state). so much of our belongings were damaged, crushed, maimed - it was unbelievable! even the men who made the move were embarrassed when broken pieces of furniture were removed from the truck. to make a long story short, when the estimates for the repairs came in - the stonewalling, coldness and refusal to accept responsibility for the damage kicked in (though we had insurance). it took the BBB to get involved (thank goodness for the BBB) for them to reimburse us for the damage they caused to our belongings. it took over 8 months for the claim to be settled! So, my advice is to take lots of pictures!.i could never in good conscious recommend Don Farr to anyone for any move; and, if possible, move what you consider most precious yourself. more

We were going to help a friend move out of state.After checking prices for professional movers, we decided to use this moving company instead.The price was much lower than other companies and it made the decision for hiring rather than doing it ourselves, easier.They packed things up, moved them from one hose to another with no problems. more
