I am writing to express my extreme dissapointment with the way your company is allowed to treat paying customers. \r

My brother's daughter was having a birthday and decided to go bowling. We went to Baton Rouge Don Carter's on Sunday morning at 11am. We asked for 3 lanes together for 10 people and were told we could get them in about 15 minutes. After 30 minutes we were given only 2 lanes. Oh well, we just went with that because we could tell the place was quite busy.\r

Halfway through our second game, we were asked to move for a large group coming in. We did so with no problems. \r
\r
With 2 frames left in the third game, we were told we had to move again because of birthday parties arriving. My brother kindly refused and said we only had two frames left, then we would leave. \r
\r
Jill, the manager, then shut our lanes off instead of giving us 10 more minutes. \r
\r
We had to wait over half an hour to get lanes, but were promplty shut off when other parties arrived. \r
