I eat Sushi all over town from Stix to Mr. Sushi as I enjoy variety and move around to various Sushi joints just to satisfy my growing appetite. I want to see the various techniques employed and taste the differences from Chef to Chef...I've developed a voracious appetite for Sushi! So far I enjoy the Sushi at Domo best of all for it's consistency in flavor, excellent variety of rolls and Sashimi and great service (I admit I am mostly a Sushi bar person as I like to interact with the Chef so that's where I sit for the most part but table service has always been good as well). The fish is always fresh and the rolls nice with great rice texture, never chewy or dry and pasty. That's one of my biggest complaints in a Sushi place is the texture of rice. Have found places where the fish is great but the rice is bad and Domo seems to get it just right. It is a sister restaurant to Matsu so if you know the Matsu menu it's very similar; however, Domo has seemed to put a bit more perfection in their rice and rolls...but...that could have to do with their lead Sushi chef Oscar. He's talented and rolls out the best Sushi around...he has some of the best special rolls around so make sure to ask what the special roll is of the day if they have one.\r

I have rated this restaurant on overall service, food prep, taste, freshness of fish and food on both the Sushi menu and the Steakhouse menu.
Pros: Fresh Fish, Great Rice
Cons: I spend too much because it's too good
