This location and the pizza were just downright awful. My husband stopped by this location (which is not our normal store) to pick up 2 pizzas on his way home from work and the problems started from the moment he placed the order. The girl who took his order was rude and upon his arrival the employees acted as if they had something better to do then their jobs. Once he got home the problem continued when it was discovered that one of our pizzas and its toppings were charred all over. The toppings were so burnt you could snap them in two. Seeing as that is unacceptable my husband called the Dominos back to let them know that one of their ovens was burning hot. He asked to speak with a Manager and was given the Shift Manager to speak with. This unprofessional man then proceeded to be rude and unapologetic to my husband. We didn't ask for a refund. We didn't ask for more pizza. I think all we wanted was for him to apologize for the fact that we paid for pizzas and they delivered to us burnt pizzas. They had a job...They failed at that job and then they knowingly put that pizza in the box. That is what bothers me the most. And then to act so RUDE!!! My husband offered to send him a picture to show him but the Shift Manager refused it and then had the nerve to say that unless we wanted to drive down there, there was just nothing he could do to ""help us out."" We didn't need to be helped out. What we needed was someone to be decent on the phone. We weren't expecting the best pizza in the world...if we wanted GREAT pizza we would have gone to Jet's or Papa Murphy's...BUT I did like Dominos and they have great deals. BUT if you don't have the best pizza in the world you BETTER make sure you have the best customer service because that is what will bring people back. There are some people that still believe in loyalty. I know I do... but, thanks to the Enon Springs, Smryna Location, Dominos has lost another customer. That's adding up for you Dominos.
