I've eaten at the Dominos many times and never had any problem; the last few times I ordered there, I had hair in 2 of my pizzas and gave cash tips but they charged my card for the tips as well, making double tips. I called and informed a store employee of the matter, and she offered me an $8 credit. The next time my mother tried to use the credit, the manager (Elise) told her there was no credit on the account, so I called and explained the story to manager, who laughed and said none of her employees would give an $8 credit. She was very rude, and lied saying that when I called in to complain before, I ""supposedly"" asked for a manager but hung up before a manager could get to the phone. ...This never happened. \r
I gave her the dates which I called in, and she completely ignored what I was saying. I hung up on her, called corporate. The chain was a franchise and I was supposed to receive a call from the manager of the franchise but never did. Other than these few incidents, I've never had any issues with this store, but I won't be eating there again.
