Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service even after speaking with the manager (Justin). After making an online order for delivery, about 35 to 40 minutes later I received a phone call asking when we were going to come pick up the pizza. ???? Somehow, there was a mistake made with the online order so we then asked if we could cancel the online order and create a new one. Then (Justin) the manager said ""sure thing"" but we are going to send you the pizza that you ordered over an hour ago. Are you kidding me?!?! Wow, what customer service. Most professional businesses would say ""sorry for the misunderstanding, lets go ahead and send out a new fresh pizza"". But no, the manager litterally hung up on us and said he would send out the old pizza. That he would not send out a new one. This is the perfect example of very poor customer service. Justin, I think you need to research what true customer service is. Good luck. You'll need it.
