Very bad pizza 12/27/2011

I ordered a small plain cheese pie to my office. When I put my order in, I ask would the pizza be hot when it got here. It was not a long distance to my office. She said it would be very hot and it would be here in 20-30 minutes. It took almost an hour to get here. It was cold and looked like it has been sitting around for hours. I forced myself to eat it. I did not tast good at all. I will never order from there again. more

Bad service 6/3/2011

I personally love the pizza, but the service there is terrible. Once I went to go pick up, and they gave me the wrong order. Turns out they gave my pizza to someone else too. Things like that have happened several times. They need to hire some better people.. more

Horrible Service 1/17/2010

I placed an order for a pizza and wings, when the delivery guy showed up he said he forgot the pizza. He left the wings and went back to get the pizza. 45 minutes later he showed up with the pizza and still wanted to charge me for the pizza. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and he wasn't going to make the adjustment for the inconvenience. Then he tried to bargin with me about only taking $5 off and then $6. The pizza was only $8! just take the whole thing off for there mess up. Unbelievable! Plus there pizza still sucks even with the new receipe. Pros: Nothing Cons: Delivery, Management more

Why? 4/10/2005

It's sad that enough people order from this Domino's location to keep it in business. Anywhere else is understandable for factory-made pizza, but New York City?? Pros: It's pizza. Cons: It's Domino's. more
