Dominic Michael Salon

I’ve been going to Erica Moomey at Dominic Michael for 2 years now. I have never been so pleased with a stylist before. I’m not the easiest client to get along with either. I want my hair colored and trimmed the exact same way every time I go and she always manages to match the color just right. The salon has a great atmosphere, wonderful products, and a friendly staff. I wound recommend Dominic Michael to anyone and HIGHLY recommend Erica Moomey. more

I have been going to Tammy at DM in Chesterfield for 5 years. Two of my best friends go to Tammy also- We LOVE her! I go from having blonde to brunette to brunette with highlights and she always transitions my hair beautifully. People think I have hair extensions because it is so healthy and the color is always beautiful. She listens and always wants to make sure her customers are happy with her work. Whether I go in asking to be transformed into a blonde in the summer or brunette for the winer, Tammy makes my hair look natural, classy and healthy. Bonus about Tammy: She is SO enjoyable to be around that time flies while you are getting your hair done. She is sincere, a hard worker and always, always on time. You just can't top her service and talent! more

I was never someone who appreciated how nice a salon experience could be until I went to Dominic Michael Salon and specifically Erica. The Salon is very clean and very professional. I went there after hearing from friends that it was a great place and they were right. Erica has done a wonderful job on my hair, she was extremely friendly and made my experience very fun and comfortable and I will continue to go see her from now on. If you haven't gone there yet I cannot recommend the salon or Erica enough! more

First off, I have never really found a great hair salon and I have finally found it! Dominic Michael is a fun, friendly and very professional salon. I always love what they do to my hair. I have heard nothing but good things about them from my friends as well. I would highly reccommend them and will continue going there. i called - super friendly receptionist fit me in SaME day and i met with Keristan (Kerri). She spent some time evaluating my hair, whipped up a perfect color, and cut my fine hair with precision. I left there wanting to go buy a new outfit. I walked in frumpy and left ""light on my feet!"". Kerri is very well trained in her field. I highly recommend her and this casual, comfortable salon. I have been going to Dominic Michaels in Chesterfield for about a year now. Each time I go back I throughly enjoy it. My stylist Keristan is by far the best. As I have very fine hair I have had too many bad haircuts. Keristan is friendly, listens to what I want to do and will explain to me if it won't work but will then explain to me what will. I trust her and couldn't be happier. She deffinitely knows what she was talking about. I love the color and cut of my hair. I can't say enough good things about Keristan. Bottom line Keristan is fantastic and hopefully she will be there for years as I look forward to going back. more

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience that I had at the Dominic Michael Salon in Chesterfield. I had an appointment with Tammy last Thursday. I decided to get the Platinum Extensions put in. She told me step-by-step what she was going to do with my hair and how to take care of the hair extensions. She did an AMAZING job. By far the best experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Tammy was very professional and knew exactly what I had in mind. Typically I am not pleased after leaving the hair salon, but I couldn't have been happier after my hair appointment with Tammy. I absolutely LOVE my hair extensions and all my friends want them now! I definitely recommend Tammy to anyone; she is very experienced and knows what she is talking about! I will definitely be coming back again! more

Courtney is great! I am very picky when it comes to my hair, and Courtney is the first hair stylist I have ever had that I trust to cut and color my hair--- completely (If you've ever experienced a BAD hair cut, you know it can take years and numerous hair stylists to feel confident in a stylist again). Her level of expertise and willingness to get to know her clients makes every experience an enjoyable one, and I am satisfied with the result every time! Courtney has even been my family's stylist for three years. We are so happy to have found her! more

I have to admit, I have been a salon hopper in Chesterfield. I have tried 3 of the nicer salons and was not overly impressed with any of them - that changed when I found Dominic Michael. The girls at the desk are always super friendly and Diane has secured the title of ""MY hair stylist"". She listened to what I wanted instead of pushing something on me that I didn't want, and with my thoughts and her talent I walked out with some amazing hair. I have been back 4 times now, and I have never recieved as many compliments on my hair as I have in the last 8 months. No more hopping for me! more

I began going to Dominic Michael Salon following my nail tech when she relocated. The salon is very nice. I go for nail services and pedicures. Carol is my tech and there is no one better! The quality of service provided is not what is found in the nail salons you see on every corner. The processes are the best and the all products used are the highest quality. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Dominic Michael Salon about 2 years ago when I had a hair color correction emergency. JT managed the problem and he has been my trusted stylist ever since. My hair can sometimes be hard to deal with, but J T has been consistent with the quality of my haircuts and color since day one. JT is a conscientious stylist and a pleasure to converse with while he is working on my hair. In addition, he is always running on time with appointments,which is a huge plus. I went to Dominic for years in Clayton but moved out to Chesterfield married, had children and didn't have the time to make appoinments in Clayton any more. I was thrilled to see that Dominic had decided to open a Salon in Chesterfield. Hey everyone,\r So, we moved here not to long ago because my husband got transfered here for his job so that means I needed to find a great salon to go to and get my hair done. I'm use to going to an upscale salon so that's what i was looking for here. I ran into to someone at the gym and she recommended Dominic Michael Salon in chesterfield and she told me to go to Ashley and she was right. My hair has never looked this GREAT, she does an amazing job, she listens to me and does what i want and not what she wants and my hair has never felt this good before. I had a wonderful experience there and i felt so comfortable so if anyone is looking for a new stylist and a new place to go, then go see Ashley at Dominic Michael Salon in Chesterfield. This is BEST salon I've ever been to! The atmosphere is soothing, and everyone there is so polite and helpful. They really know whats going on in the fashion world!\r I moved to St.Louis over a year ago, I had no luck finding a new hair stylist. Until I stumbled upon Jennifer Kempf. She made me feel like a guest instead of a number. Her knowledge of the right colors for my skin tone and cut for my face shape was the first to impress me. Jennifer also gave me tips on everything else from hair care to what I should, and should not wear as far as catour goes. I could go on and on. The salon as a whole is the most high profile, cutting edge place around, with only the highest educated stylist. She was able to fix my hair that another salon really messed up...What a relief!\r \r I cant wait to sit in her chair again!.......A+A+A+ Pros: Aveda, Knowledgable staff, Classy and layed back.
