I have used a few companies before. The sales rep in the San Fernando valley is a honest sales person. He's been with the company for along time. I have had some problems with a few things but they are not as bad as my older company prudential. They take care of my restaurant and saved me money. I trust them and would recommend them to any one especially in the San Fernando valley. more

This company is BAD... missed deliveries, short towels, dirty oily towels delivered, poor customer service.. Every thing bad in these reviews is true our our experience.. now they are demanding $16k in contract breech when they ignored our pleas to provide the service they promised... \r Save your self aggravation and do not deal with DOMESTIC UNIFORM!!! Somebody below said they sue to stay in business.. that is our experience.. we intend to fight them as the evidence of historic customer abuse and bad faith in delivering a quality product is overwhelming. more

I have had similar problems with several other companies over the past 20 years. Since going to Domestic, I finally have a consistant route guy, and I see a manager every 2-3 months to help clear up inventory and issues with garments from quit men. I am finally at least satisfied for the first time with a uniform company. more

WORST UNIFORM RENTAL COMPANY EVER 5/22/2012

try using another company, seriously! this company is so scandalous. Im going over the contract right now and its ridiculous. 60-month auto-renew and they only give you a 6 month window to terminate the auto-renew. bottom line is that if you want a uniform rental company to give you a weekly headache then Domestic is that company. Try one (any of them) of their competitors and tell them that you were with Domestic, the industry is pretty aware of their capacity. The sales team in Chicago are untrustworthy. Do not believe them when they say anything and DEMAND everything (all promises and prices) to be mailed in writing via certified mail. more

The Worst company EVER 3/13/2012

Another ZERO star rating! Got suckered into signing a contract then had the worst service, merchandise, invoice padding experience I've ever dealt with in thirty years of operating a business!. Tried to get out of the contract and they sued us!! We spent thousands on attorney fee's and were forced to complete the contract with these crooks! SAVE YOURSELF-DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! more

Business is based on Suing 10/9/2011

No wonder the two ladies who signed me up left the company two weeks after. I wish they would have told me that this company is not good. The only reason this company still in business is because they have you sign contract and turn around sue you. They don't even acknowledge your 6 months notice. I have been in contact with the head quarters office and it seem the whole company is bad. Its not just the LA office. They have bad service, deliver dirty items. I'm being sued now because they ignored my letter which gave them 8 months notice. more

Fair and Honest 9/9/2011

I was told by my route man about some of the bad posts that his company had received. I wanted to relay my experience. I have now done business with Domestic for over 5 years. They have always delivered what they promised: fair prices, good merchandise, and timely deliveries. Last month, I even got a call from their corporate offices just to check whether I was satisfied. more

Don't sign ANYTHING 8/11/2011

ZERO, As a very very close friend of a former Employee, their first day 3 people in all different areas of the business told them to start looking for a new job now. They like to sell people just to turn around and sue them. They promise you its not a contract and it is Ironclad. I could go on and on about all of the aweful things they do. Management only cares about 1 thing MONEY. Dont work here if you have any sort of ETHICS and doing business with them is a mistake! more

Domestic Uniform Rental Scam 7/28/2011

ZERO STARS. Don't believe anything you hear from a representative of domestic uniform rental. They are trained to lie and decieve to get your signature. If you read the contract you would never ever sign it. It contains clauses that have no reasonable basis and it also gives them the right to automatic annual price increases and automatic renewals. The salesperson will flat out lie to you about all of these items. Don't fall for domestic uniform rental scam. I dealt with their Orange County office, but it does not matter. They all operate the same way, lie and hope you sign. Your salesperson will then disappear and turn you over to someone that will contradict everything you were told in the sales pitch because now they have your signature on a piece of paper. If you see a positive review of domestic uniform it was most likely planted by an employee. ZERO STARS. They should be investigated and shut down by the state. more

Don't use Domestic 7/15/2011

We are stuck in a contract that was signed more than 10 years ago because they don't inform you your contract will be renewed. Customer service is not good, we get comments from customers about how bad our uniforms look. We ask for new uniforms and are ready to pay for them but nothing is ever done about it. Twice this month we've received shop towels but no uniforms. Getting out of this contract has been a nightmare. Can;t wait for it to be over. more

Real Shady Business 5/30/2011

I regret the day that I contacted them for their service. This company has been nothing but a problem. They've been charging us for extra sets of uniforms, delivering wrong uniform sizes and amount.......and so on. When you try to terminate their contract, they make you pay up 20k compensation for all the uniforms! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Once you sign their contract, you're chained to them because they don't mention to you that your contract automatically renews after 5 years. This company has been nothing but a headache to me, and I'm screwed with this problem. more

JUST GOT SO MUCH WORSE 12/7/2010

Alan Guerrreo, Luis MeNDEZ and Scott DUVRIAN the salesman lied and keep lying, right now, all I hear is we will get our money no matter what, so we have written a letter to corporate headquaters, will post if anything gets better, never have I been so screwed by a company in 20 years of business, there only interest is money and according to the different drivers we have had, they will get paid ! The bill came today, I emailed and questioned it, they told me to pay the amount and they would credit my account, I told them, I will pay what I owe, I do not trust anyone there, I have been lied to so many times, by Alan, who is the district manager, Luis how is also a manager and Scott Durhan, who was the saleSman and man did he fill me full of lies, not one thing I have been promised has come through, it is so sad that they can get away with it ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY UNLESS YOU LOVE PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM EVERY WEEK ! more

Terrible Terrible! 11/3/2010

We have had a similar experience as all the other negative reviewers for Domestic Uniform. They have charged us incorrectly time and time again. Also they snuck in a clause in our contract to automatically renew for 5 years if we didn't cancel 6 months before the expiration! They continuously deliver the wrong amount and try to charge us when we ask them to deliver more. This is the shadiest, most unreliable company. Save yourself the trouble and do not work with them. more

BAD BAD BAD 12/9/2009

They will deliver things you did not order and charge for things you will never receive. Their drivers are paid commission on everything they sell, they are highly motivated to be dishonest. Watch for added charges at all times. False invoices will be generated and sent to you in hopes you will overlook them and pay with real invoices. Their internal policies are legendary for their deceit. Don't work with them, it's a nightmare. more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! 8/6/2009

Promised excellent service at competetive rates I made the mistake of hiring this company. Our uniforms were often delivered without name patches, sometimes the wrong size, sometimes not enough. They even once delivered one of our mats with the logo of a DIFFERENT BUSINESS on it. They tried to raise my rates every 2-3 months, or they would indicate delivery of more product than they actually delivered. Cons: Horrible Service more

The worst company I have ever had to work with. On top of consistently receiving unsatisfactory products and work, there customer service is awful. more
