I work for an adoption agency in Jacksonville FL. We are always receiving applications for people who are looking to foster a child. We do an initial background check via the FBI however, we are always finding out additional information after the fact that would normally disqualify the individual or family from becoming a foster parent. With the best interest of the child in mind, we hired Domestic Research Group to conduct a thorough background check, conduct surveillance on a potential foster parent, interview of neighbors to develop new leads and/or obtain pertinent information and an association matrix to ensure the potential foster parent was not associated with any organized crime, illegal activity or have personal relationships with persons with a questionable background.
The FBI check did provide us with all the legal information but they neglected to do any form of social media search which DRG did, work history which DRG did, etc...
The information obtained by DRG was very valuable in assisting us in our legal decisions of not allowing the potential foster parent foster any children. In addition, we share all information we obtain with the Department of Children and Families to ensure that if a potential foster parent is disqualified for any reason, that information is disseminated properly.
Thank you Rich and Domestic Research Group. The information you obtained and provided us with most certainly ensured the safety of our children.
