I have conflicting feelings about the experience. The snorkeling itself was great; the water was very clear, with good visibility, and we saw lots of stuff (dolphins, fish, octopus, turtle). This company was actually our first choice for an ocean-going adventure due to the fact that they offered transportation and looked somewhat similar to other companies. The trip was subsequently cancelled the day before the trip (I think it was for boat problems), and we were lucky to get on with an other company. It took over one year of hounding and being subjected to rudeness before I was refunded the fee ($100 each) paid in full, in advance. Even though this was years ago, and we have been out a few times with the other company since then, we are glad that we ""missed the boat"" as we saw that they were very crowded and as unfriendly to the wildlife as they were to us, as witnessed from the other boat.
