DON""T USE DOLPHIN!!! - we had a horrible experience with them. First, we were told it would be a one day job. We were told they would show up at 9am. They showed up about noon the first day and left at 4. The second day they showed up about 10:30 and left at 4 (yes, it went on to a 3rd day).. They cut corners, tried to use caulking instead of corner round in closets and outside areas, filled nail holes in some areas, not in others and insisted that's the way it's done. Customer service was impossible and rude. Don't is all I can say!!! more

Dolphin Carpet & Tile only sells FIRST quality tile from manufacturers around the world. The issues that the above consumer has stated has never been brought to the attention of management. We do not even have a record of a customer with the name J Gallaher. Should they wish to call and discuss the issues they us she can reach me at 305-591-4141. Dolphin Carpet & Tile has been around for over 35 years by selling quality products at fair prices. From the sounds of the post, the customer had their own installer for the tile. Our installers have NEVER had a problem installing ANY of our products. Pros: Been around for over 35 years, Quality products, Great prices more

Horrible experience at Dolphin Carpet & Tile. 4/16/2008

The salesman sold me the wrong tile for the job intended. I was refurbishing my bathrooms and needed new tile. I was sold sub-par tile at regular price and was refused an exchange despite their misleading sales statements. The only thing we received were far fetched excuses of why they ?couldn?t help us?. Pros: Location Cons: Everything Else more
