Worst

I was very disappointed, that my stylist could not blow dry my hair, using a round ceramic brush, for volume and curls....she started cutting my hair before it had been washed.......

My monthly appointment with Kristin Wanger was handled professionally and with a smile. Teresa at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. The salon is CLEAN, well-stocked with a myriad of products and all the employees are helpful and productive. My husband always loves to see how I look when I come home from an appointment. more

The best experience at a salon in my entire life. Kim really listened to all of my criteria and frustrations with past haircuts and my hair in general. She gave me a fantastic haircut that I have received endless compliments about. I feel like a new person and I never thought I would say this, but I have more confidence because of my hair! Pedicure 5 star - pricing 1 1/8/2012

The pedicure itself was wonderful , However I was charged 50.00 which is not what I asked for and also did not receive the paraffin booty that comes with the $50 pedi. I assumed that when you make an appt for a pedi or mani you would get the cheapest unless asked specifically by the client. I have a manicure in2 weeks and requested just a regular mani. Inoperable to only be charged 25.00. Thanks your quality of work is awesome as usual but am finding the pricing for some of your new services confusing and misleading. more

Cut, color, style 12/14/2011

Kristen Wanger does a fabulous job. Every visit, she re-evaluates my color and suggests different things: high lights, low lights, different cut. She does such a great job that people stop me to tell me how wonderful my hair looks. more

MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED! 12/6/2011

I was very disappointed, that my stylist could not blow dry my hair, using a round ceramic brush, for volume and curls....she started cutting my hair before it had been washed....I have long, layered hair...it needed to be washed first! I called within a day or two and told the salon, how unhappy I was with the cut, layering and styling after I got home! The color was great, but it was not the style I am accustomed to! They made a second APPT., for me to come back and have it restyled...AGAIN THE SAME THING...SAME STYLIST NEEDED TO USE A CURLING IRON?? I was disappointed the 2nd time! For the last 6 yrs....a good stylist can use just a round brush and blow dryer...I am disabled and this salon is close to my home....I MIGHT LET ANOTHER STYLIST DO MY HAIR HERE....IF SHE KNOWS HOW NOT TO USE A CURLING IRON.....MY HAIR IS NATURALLY WAVY....IT HOLDS CURL AND VOLUME...THAT IS IT, IN A NUTSHELL! more
