Great service & great cut 8/5/2011

The service was great from scheduling (and re-scheduling) my appointment to the haircut itself. The stylist really took his time to determine my hair type and how I wanted it to look. Overall, a great experience! more

I love the atmosphere and the people are very upbeat and friendly. I have had haircuts from 3 different people at your salon (one who is no longer there) and not pleased with any of them. I keep coming back because it is convenient and my haircolor turns out real good. I will look for someone else to start cutting my hair though. I wish you could provide more training to your stylist on haircuts. Layers specifically. more

Best pedicure in Fort Mill-Tega Cay-Baxter 8/3/2011

I was in need of a pedicure and remembered the great massage chairs at Dolce. I was lucky that I called and got an appointment for that same afternoon. Marcie is the BEST!! She pays attention to detail and also is professional and has a "bubbly" personality. The mask with hot towels and leg massage was just what I needed. I will definitely return for another session very soon. more

I am very picky about my hair cuts and usually would fly home to Wisconsin to get my hair cut because I am that crazy =) But I found Dolce Lusso and LOVE them!! I'm slightly biased because I love Aveda products but the stylists and whole ambiance are great! Highly recommend this salon! more

Will Be Returning! 7/13/2011

Yesterday was my first visit and the service was much more than expected. The desk staff were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. The wait was short. Whitney was my stylist and did an amazing job. She listened to everything I said and did my foil and cut just as I wanted. Absolutely wonderful experience and my next appointment is booked! more

What is the incentive to support the most expensive salon in Fort Mill? 6/20/2011

In this competitive market, there are a lot of alternatives where I can get excellent service, hair cut and color without it breaking my budget. $189 plus tip is alot for Fort Mill, SC and more impotantly too much for me. Thank you for your interest, I do appreciate the effort. I do have to say that I am surprised that there was not an incentive included with your "we miss you" note. more

the "stylist" that I had gave me a haircut that wasn't even- I must have asked her to cut it 10 times before I gave up and left- and the haircolor stayed in my scalp for 5 hairwashes- she never washed it out properly- for trying to be a big city salon in a suburb they need to try harder for those of us that actually are from big cities! more

Haircut Fix - February 22 2/26/2011

I was in 2/22 for a fix to my hair with Jaclyn. The problem was my right side was "puffed out". I did not expect to have to pay $10 for a fix. I paid it, but after thinking about it I simply do not agree that I was charged for a fix. I have a picture of the problem so you can see it is a real issue, (which I am happy to share with you). From a scheduling standpoint I simply could not get in to get it corrected sooner due to traveling and recent sickness. I was masking the issue with applying extra hair paste to the puffed out area. more
