New to the area and very impressed with the staff and Dr. Williams. Allowed me to tour the facility---very nice! They explained what it ment to be a AAHA certified animal hospital---the only one in the area.Took great care of my little \r chihuahua. Highly recommend this place more

Best Kennel Experience Ever! 2/6/2011

The best kennel experience I have had in a long time! The staff was very friendly. I had my dogs bathed and their nails clipped. They looked and smelled wonderful! Misfire, Xena and I are thrilled to have found the Dogwood Animal Hospital - thank you! more

Good care gone bad... 8/2/2010

I have been taking my dog there for 10 months now. At first I was satisfied with the service and care, but later visits have left me furious. I have had to leave my dog there (boarding) twice and each time, I received him back in worse condition than he was given. My dog had an odor both times and looked as if he were left in his urine all weekend. Not to mention his appetite that has not been right since we got home. I spoke with someone at the front desk and suggested, they SHOULD at least clean the dogs up before giving them back... Her only response was "we're sorry and would like to offer you a free bath"... I was also disgruntle about the fact, every time I ever dropped him off for boarding my bill is expensive... services were not discussed before the appointment was made and were not recorded on the reminder (sent by mail). \r The only positive thing I have to say at this point is Dr. Faircloth is nice, and fully explains whats going on with my dog. more

The One And Only 2/16/2010

I have been using Dr Williams for over 18 years, I would not go anywhere else with my animals, yet it may be a little bit higger but you 4 legged babies and just like the two legged and if you love them you will pay whatever. Dr Williams is the most caring vet i have met. He is concerend with all animals. His whole staff is wonderful with the animals and love each and every one. The only Vet in Fayetteville in my opion. more

The Best Veterinarian 1/25/2010

Dr. Williams has been my Vet for over 30 yrs. Both he and the staff are the best. Instead of being "your other family doctor" I wish he could be my Doctor. I would never go anywhere else with my pets. more

Caring staff.... 6/9/2009

Just last week my friend and I were walking and came across a baby deer who was sick and injured. The closest place to bring him was dogwood animal hospital, so we did. The front office was immediately helpful and took the fawn back right away. This was a very traumatic find for me and they were nothing but compassionate and just as concerened and ready to help. Sadly, the fawn was beyond help, but I really took note on how much they cared! more

Dogwood Animal Hospital is the Best in our area. 5/31/2009

The staff is caring, professional, and top notch. The prices are slightly higher than other hospitals in the area; however the quality of the care, and the expertise of the Veterinarians is more than worth it. From routine vaccinations, boarding, typical spaying & neutering to complicated items like cancer treatment - they have it all. I always knew exactly what they were going to do for me, and how much it would cost. My 4-legged family member always ran into the hospital, ready to be greeted by his "girls" (his name for the reception & technician staff). If you want your pet truly treated like a cared-for member of your family, and by the best folks in the area - go here. They are AAHA (American Animal Hospital of America) certified; no small feat, and only a few in our area are. My family and I have traveled all over the country, and Dogwood is the best we've found on the East coast. more

Dog Boarding 4/20/2009

We boarded our dog at Dogwood Animal Hospital. It was satisfactory. Price is a little higher than most. I would recommend them for short stays for your pet. more

Dogwood Animal Hospital has been our "other family doctor" for 3 years. All of the employees who work there have a passion for the care of animals. This is the best animal hospital we have ever used in the past 30 years! more

Caring pet owner 4/28/2008

Excellent care and compassion. My dog was very ill and was treated with the best care. We had to eventually put him down, which was very difficult, but with the caring people at this office, I felt that I was doing the right thing. I recommend this office to anyone who wants a compassionate vet for thier pet. more
