I am a devoted dogs to dragons client,The staff is so friendly,to my dog and myself.I have a portugese water dog named star ( for starboard). I am getting on in years .Over 60 and not quite as able as I used to be, My husband of twenty three years passed away last winter.He used to do all this stuff,star was his dog now Star and I just have each other . Now when I pull into the parking lot in the morning one of the staff comes out to greet me , and bring star into the shop for me. It feels like I'm somebody ,f,amily or something.The staff is so nice I'm not sure if star has more fun with them or me? Her tail wags as soon as I pull into the parking lot.\r I have yet to see a better grooming job done ,and such a happy beautiful animal returned,and if I have any concerns about star,or her haircut . Krystal will ask Terry the owner to come out and she will take care of any concerns and answer any questions I have .Then one of them will help me put the dog back in the car.Star and I love them for their concern for us,you don't get that kind of service these days. \r When I call to make an appointmetthey usually get me in within one week wich is not easy to do with a lot of these grooming places,My friend Sylvia,had to wait almost 2 weeks at her place last time And she looked no better than my star(maybe even worse) Pros: The staff is friendly and good for the soul,they leave you with a feeling of comfort,the grooming is fabulos more

I have a saint bernard / huskey mix, Named Ralf. I took him to dogs to dragons to be groomed I usually get him groomed about twice a year, the rest of the time I wash him myself with the hose. They did a fantastic job cleaning him up. I could really tell the difference his white fur was whiter, I thought it was permanatly dingy, but they had done a terrific job on him His coat was shinier than usual he looked like a younger more healthy dog. I was very impressed. They trimmed his fur and thinned it out. cut his nails.they made such a difference in him I felt bad about trying to do it myself.like I was being mean to him. From now on Ralf is going to Dogs to Dragons every other month. He deserves it. He's my best friend .\r Besides looking better I think he had a really good time , There were two girls working there and they were both very Kind to the dogs and people that came in. I even saw them Bring dogs out and put them in some of the customers cars for them.I hadn't seen that before.they were truly kind people. I took my ""Ozzy"" an Australian sheppard to dogs to dragons last week, we were happily greeted at the door , even though Ozzy smelt like hell, I still haven't figured what he had gotten into.\r I was asked if there was anything specific I wanted done to him, I said no just a shampoo and trim.they said O K and told me I could probably pick him up around 2;30 so I went to the Outlet Mall.\r I came back at 2;20 and a girl came out and asked who I was picking up. I said Ozzy and she dissappeared into the back room. A minute later she popped her head out of the door and said it would be just a couple more minutes. I figured I'd be there another half hour. I was betting they couldn't get all the smell out of him. 2 minutes later Ozzy comes flying out the door,and gives me great big hello,he looked wonderful and smelled terific.\r That was almost a week ago and he still smells great and looks more handsome than ever.\r I 'm calling to make my next appointment for next month tomorrow Pros: Did a great job , Personable staff, Dog seemed to love them, Easy to get to Cons: None,I've been to 4 other groomers and this is by far the best more

I started getting my Golden Retriever groomed about three years ago, he is shyand doesn't make friends well, with other dogs or people.I took him to a couple of groomers and they all mentioned this to me.usually after I pointed something like an uneven cut out to them.\r Then I went to Dogs to dragons,I met Terry the Owner and a nice older gentleman who greeted us when we came in. My dog took to both of them right away (He's a great judge of character,most dogs are)\r I asked to have him shaved for the summer , and she told me she didn't like to do that ,because there was a chance that the fur wouldn't grow back as nice. and that the fur helped to keep them from getting sunburned and that it actually insulated them from the heat somehow. she said she would trim him down and thin his coat a little. This worked so well for me and my dog I have been a constant customer since.\r the older gentleman ( I feel terible I can't remember his name) has passed away since then,But Terry has done wwonderful picking Replacements for him.\r She now has a wonderful young Lady by the name of Krystal or Crystal I'm not sure of the spelling working with her . She is very organized ,well mannered , thoughtful ,and polite .She is great with the dogs .She has dogs of her own so she knows how they like to be treated.\r Amanda is also another one of Terry's employees, She also owns dogs ,and treats all the dogs with loving care.\r My golden loves the whole crew,and they do a fantastic job on him so I don't have to look for another groomer now my Dog and I are both comfotable in the Hands of Dogs to Dragons Pros: geuinely friendly staff, proffessional care ,excellent grooming more

I have only one complaint about Dogs to dragons ,and it is a small one ,I sometimes have to wait to pick up my dog,but never more than 15 minutes .and the wait is worth it .Terry is by far the best Groomer in the area, she is the type of person everyone likes, and animals trust. The other clients are friendly and we just strike up conversations,or watch T.V. or look at magazines or the photo album.\r The staff is friendly and concerned for the dogs that they take care of.they have made suggestions to me to try different products to help my dog remain in better condition between groomiings.My dogs actually are Happy to go there I believe it's because of the honest good nature of the staff.dogs have a good sense of that.\r What actually made me aware of the difference between dogs to dragons , and my last groomer was how much attentionn my dogs got after their visits there,people are constantly complimenting me on how well they look , and I have to tell them it's mostly due to dogs to dragons I'm just a small part of it, following their advice Pros: fantastic finished job/great price Cons: sometimes a slight wait to pick up more
