Dogs Paw

Friday, May 20, 2011 was my dog's 3rd visit to the Dog Spaw. His usual groomer, Quincy was not in. He was groomed by Oksana instead. When she called to tell me he was ready to be picked up, she informed me that she'd made a mistake on the clipper/guard number and that he was really short. She was not kidding, he was bald!! That wasn't a huge issue because, you can't put the hair back on, I just had no intentions of ever using her again. However, later that night and the next morning, we couldn't pet the dog by his ears, he would yelp when we touched him. I tried to call the Dog Spaw only to have the phone answered by someone (who used to work there) but answers the phones for them sometimes on Saturdays when they are really busy. I asked to be called back by the owner because we needed to know what to do about this. The person answering their phones called and left me a message that the owner told her to call me back and get "more information" about me about being dissatisfied more

Becky took Very Good care of My Chanel shih-tzu until she passed away. Now I have a new baby name Foxy 7 weeks old. I will be calling Becky for a appointment in the morning.\r The Dog Spaw is a great place to take your pet/baby too bcuz the service is wonderful. more

Becky is the best groomer in Arlington, quite possibly Dallas! We've tried many and have been very disappointed. Then we found the Dog Spaw - what a gem!\r My 100 lb goldendoodle adores "Aunt Becky" and I totally trust her with our girl. She always comes away NOT looking like a poodle and smelling delicious! more

I love the Dod Spaw. I have taken my shih-tzu to several groomers, and Petra at the Dog Spaw is by far the best. She's great with my baby, and gives her such a great cut. I highly recommend them! My only complaint would be that they take a bit longer than other groomers, but it's worth the wait. more

Love the sevice my pooch(shitzu) recieves at Dog Spaw. They are the only facility that can truly keep her looking 100%, even on her worst visit. Thanks Dog Spaw!!! Sonia Green more

The owner was so friendly and treated my dog just like there own. I will keep going into Arlington to have my Cocker Spaniel groomed!! She cut her perfect and better than i'd seen in a while. more

My 3 year old Shih Tzu/Bichon Mix has really crazy curly hair and if I dont brush him every day he just mats all up :( I went out of town for like 2 weeks and left him with my little sister that didn't brush him at all, so when I returned home he was just a mess. I took him to the Dog Spaw thinking that they would have to shave him down and make him look all pink. But when I came to pick him up he looked AWESOME!! He was not shaved and he was mat free and fluffy white. I just loved it and I think Ninja did too!! more

The owner has been grooming our family pets for nearly 10 years. She's sweet, kind, and gentle. I drive all the way from Keller to have my pup groomed. more

I wish there was somewhere I could write a review on how pleased and happy we are of your work. Dillon looks FABULOUS! Almost a show dog if his hair was a little longer, LOL! \r \r You are one talented lady and we will continue our business with your dog salon. I brought my cocker spaniel, Sadie, in on Saturday for the basic grooming. I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful job you did on her. I have taken her to several different groomers and by far you have done the best job!! more
