I have been using Doggy Doggy for several years. Once again today l had both my dogs groomed and l am once again happy with the services they received. Ever one there made myself and my dogs (kids) feel comfortable. l will always bring them there. 5+++++ from us. more

I went in there yesterday to look at the dogs, the woman had very bad attitude and when i held a dog, i could feel every bone in it's tiny body. The dogs were all at a young age, and they were shivering. When you walk in the door, the dogs straight away start yapping, ALL of them. I didnt see any food in any of the cages. more

I took my 4 yr old Maltese here for grooming. Ive noticed he's been really out of it and depressed the last few days, and shivering. I thought he was just cold because they shaved him down COMPLETELY. Now I realize he is limping and is shivering from pain! After reading about other similar experiences, I will never take my dog here again. more

The first few times i took my shih tzu to doggy doggy, they seemed to do a decent job but the last time i took him for grooming, they made a cut on his chest area; we were told that he was being aggressive, but even so, they should be prepared for the obvious situations in dealing with dogs. Today we took him again and when we went to pick him up, his right eye was completely blood red. The lady told us that it was due to excessive crying, but i'm pretty sure that TEARS wouldn't make his entire eye red especially since it was only on ONE eye; it sounds perfectly ""reasonable"" that my dog's tears fall from his right eye only. more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! I purchased my shih tzu here and he's 11 months now but I have never gotten him groomed here until 2 days ago I decided to bring him here and get him groomed. Yes, they are very nice here and their dogs are very healthy but do not be fooled ! My boyfriend dropped off my dog and they said they'll call when he was done. I went back on my own exactly 2 hours from the drop off time to find out that my dog was done and sitting in the cage looking very down. my dog was shaved down to BARE SKIN !!! which was not what I requested !! ok so fine I let it slide. I was sitting there with my dog waiting to be picked up by my boyfriend.my dog was very out of it, and he started to pace back and forth on the bench very funny, and whenever I stood up he would whimper as if he didn't want to be alone. I didn't pay any mind to him walking funny until we got home. He kept to himself and ran straight to him bed and began to constantly lick himself. so my boyfriend and I began to really worry, to find out that my dog had multiple RAZOR BURNS near his paws and he was very flinchy like paranoid scared. So i'm assuming that the groomer were very aggressive with him. It's been 2 days now and my dog is still very out of it, he's really flinchy and isn't eating much and the constant licking has not stopped yet. I took my 4yrs maltese for her summer grooming and was somewhat satified with the cut. When I took her home she could barely walk favoring her right hind leg. She was limping and we immediately called the groomer's and explained our concernes. Tthey brushed us off stating the dogs has irritated paws. I found it hard to believe and monitor my dog the rest of the evening and the poor dog could not walk. The next day I personally went back to the groomers and showed them how my maltese was walking with a limp. They denied doing any wrong and rather then be polite about it they were extremely rude. They looked at my dog and said she looked fine to them. I could not see my maltese walking with a limp any longer I took her to the vet on Monday and she was diagnosed with a shifted patella and I got a $460.00 vet bill. These people are ruthless and do not care hurting animals I will never return there again nor recommend any family or friends to Doggy Doggy. Doggy Doggy is horrible. All 4 of my dog's paws were cut down to the flesh. They were all pink and raw and as soon as he walked on them they all bludd. I called Doggy Doggy to complain and they were rude and told me to suu them. I also asked that they refrain from cutting his nail since I had already cut them and they did anyway and ended up making 2 of his nails bludd. His ears were also pink and raw. There were two cuts on his feet from the blade. They are careless, rude and don't speak English. DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU LOVE HIM. Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more

Not for nothing, If your not Asian, they won't help you at all. They sit behind their desk with prices of dogs on the windows of the cages. I went with my boyfriend just browsing and asked a few questions. They answered my question and then turned their head. My friend bought a shihtzu there and was only supposed to get to 8 lbs, the dog is now 15. They have nice merchandise, but I don't want to give them my money, even if the are down the block from my parents house. Pros: nice merchandise Cons: service, quality of dogs more
