We have used Doggie Village (formerly Country Gardens Bed & Biscuit) for the 9 years we have lived in NC. They were recommended to us from our vets office, who does provide boarding but thought that Doggie Village would be a better place for our pets' activity level. The care they provide is exceptional. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The same folks have been working there for years, which is a testament not only to the owner, Beth Ann, but also to the employees' love for animals. \r \r We never worry when we drop our three ""kids"" off at Doggie Village; 9 years of successful service has proven them to be responsible, reliable and caring. I would not trust my dogs' care to anyone else. more

We have three “bully” dog rescue mixes who attend doggie daycare at Doggie Village and they LOVE it! I have had the lucky experience to have worked at a doggie daycare and our pups have attended doggie daycare in the past. Doggie Village is an exceptional place! From the warm greeting at the front desk every morning until we pick up our pups at night, our experience is nothing but positive. Our pups are socialized, tired, and most of all HAPPY at the end of every play day. Thank you to everyone at Doggie Village for making this such a great place! more

Warning to all pet owners - My dog was boarded there overnight and escaped. NOTE: there are NO lock on interior doors and only push bars on the front exterior doors, NO security system that works (ADT is not hooked up). Please be sure your pet is SAFE. They will not be helping with any cost-vet bills incurred because my dog escaped. I quote the owner of the business, ""that is the nature of your dog""\r more

This is a great place to wear out your social or active dog so that he'll be a good boy at home. If they recommend an ""exit bath"", take them up on it. It means your dog had a blast in the kiddie pool and you probably don't want to put him in your car without a bath.\r Clean kennels and capable, friendly staff make the boarding experience easy. But leave bedding at home, it is provided by Doggie Village. more
