I visit Winter Par4k three times a year. Each time I make sure to visit the ladies at Doggie Detail. They always treat my pet with respect and dignity. I know for a fact that these girls treat all the pets as their own and love them all. Where this sedation thing came from this other person is a bunch of bull. I asked a vet friend and he said groomers can't sedate!! only they can or the owner can give meds... These girls would ""NEVER"" do such a thing!!! Pros: Great with animals! Good Grooming! more

I took my new Bichon Frise here last year right after I got her. I got her from some people that had never had her groomed so she was full of mats. I realize the extensive work that had to be done on her and it wasn't something she was used to but what they did was not right. My dog came home acting very strangely and lethargic. Kind of like she was ""high"". She then became sick and starting throwing up. My husband and I finally realized several hours later that they had given her something to calm her down so they could groom her. She wasn't right for 2 days. I've taken her elsewhere since and she hasn't acted this way. I would have much rather they call me and tell me they can't do it that to have drugged her. Don't take your pet here unless you want him/her drugged and sick for days. The cut was o.k. but it has been done much better in the place I take her now and it's cheaper.
