Always friendly and professional 3/4/2011

Always friendly and professional. You definitely care about my dogs! One of them was misdiagnosed twice and your concern prompted me to consult a third doctor who determined Mac had cancer! He had surgery and has been on chemo for 2 years - doing great!!! I thank you for that! more

He is the most professional and trustworthy groomer 2/25/2011

I always bring my Poms, Kookeya and princes in to see Jorge. He is the most professional and trustworthy groomer I have ever experienced. I feel so safe leaving them in his care!!!! more

I love the people I've come into contact with at the front desk. I love the services you provide, such as nail trim, teeth cleaning. My dog really loves going in. My one concern is water and food. When over night, my dog does not eat and drink enough so he gets very thirsty and hungry at home. I would like better supervision with that. more

I am so happy that my dog, Billy Bob, is happy and excited about coming to Doggie Central. I have taken Billy Bob to many other Daycares and he doesn’t want to go back to any of them. He shakes when he has had to go to other Daycares, but when he goes to Doggie Central he is so happy to be there and he thoroughly enjoys himself while he’s there. more

Trust them with my dog while I am out of town 1/24/2011

I've been coming here since 2006 and still trust them with my dog while I am out of town or need my dog groomed. There is the occasional incident with my dog coming home with scratches but I expect that in a cage-free boarding facility. I use their daycare, boarding, and grooming services, and think they perform these functions very well. I don't use them frequently but they remember my dog's name and I appreciate that. Customer service is still very good. Prices are higher than a standard kennel but I think dogs do better when they are free but supervised. I recommend them highly more

I can't tell you how much I appreciate all your help 1/14/2011

This is a letter to thank you and the entire Doggie Central staff for the sincere love, attention and care you provided to my dog, Maddie while we were without a home. For the last three month, Doggie Central truly became Maddie's home away from home. The time I spent visiting her was always memorable, watching her enjoy her time with the other dogs and act affectionately towards your loving staff. A very special thanks to the smiling faces I saw everyday during my visits — Tonya, Eunice and Megan. I know there were many people behind the scenes who kept Maddie so happy and healthy during her stay as well. They should be commended. I admire the business you have built and the services you provide are impeccable. I wish you all the best and continued success in the future. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all your help during a time of need. more

Thank you so much for letting my mommy use the pen at my birthday party…while I don’t like to be in it , it allowed my mommy to do other things (like make my lunch) and not worry about me While I’m at it – thank you all for taking such good care of me while my mom is working. It certainly is more fun than staying at home. I jump in the car every time just knowing I get to see all of you & play with you. more

Wow! We are so grateful for the wonderful job you did in caring for Morenzy. She is usually a big pouter after we go away for even one day, but after her stay with you (which was a long one) she hasn't pouted or sulked a bit! She must have had a super time with you. Thank you so much for the extra attention she must have received. You guys are the best! We are so happy that she was happy and got a vacation of her own. Our heartfelt thanks! more

We feel comfortable to bring them back 1/7/2011

Sorry it took so long to send you all a "Thank You" for looking after Susie and Hansi in April/May. If they could talk I'm sure they would tell us that they had a good time. They came back home well adjusted and not a bit traumatized. We feel comfortable to bring them back to you next year when we go to Hawaii again more

Faith, Just a little note to thank you so very much for introducing me Oreo to the Citronella collars. Its worked wonders! He's only barked just a few times. I appreciate your help with the dog obedience, too. We're trying!! Next time I do go out of town I'll send him your way.
