My 18-month old standard Schnoodle has been going to the new Dog Days location (on Myrtle) for the past several months. I have been very impressed by the staff at DD -- it is very clear that they have a real love for dogs. My pooch is busting at the seams on the mornings that he is going to DD, and I receive a oral ""report card"" from the DD staff each evening when I pick him up -- how active he was, who (which dogs) he played with, etc. I prefer the Myrtle location because it is a VERY large indoor area with plenty of room to run. There is a large outdoors play area that the dogs can access themselves through a dog door, and the staff is very observant of dogs which have gone outside. The pooches get two naps a day -- very important when you play has hard as mine. While there is a small retail shop at the entrance of the facility, I would like to see them add more products (they DO carry some high-end dog foods, such as Innova, and some very nice looking dog beds). Also, I believe the addition of a groomer at the Myrtle location would be very helpful. They have added overnight boarding at the Myrtle location, but I have not yet utilized that service. I can heartily recommend Dog Days to anyone who is looking for a responsible caregiver for their canine companion.
Pros: Caring staff, good staff-to-dog ratio, central location
Cons: Onsite groomer would be nice at Myrtle location
