I bought two new vehicles there and one used vehicle from Dodge of Burnsville. The last purchase was the used vehicle and Tom Green was the sales person. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them again! \r \r My last experiences with them is what gives used car sales people a bad name. Lots of assurances made but none kept. Extra accessories added to purchase were offered ""cost"" but turned out to be MORE expensive than if I would have walked over to the parts counter and bought them myself. Promised some free items but never received. \r \r I also found a couple items defective on my vehicle that were faulty and I was told I would get a discount when I got them repaired. Guess what? I was forced to pay full price then a couple weeks later I got a coupon book in that mail that would have gotten me a $100 off that repair. Too late....Virtually impossible to get phone calls returned.\r \r I have tried to contact the several people at the dealership regarding my issues in person, over the phone, via email and the U.S. Mail and everything has been ignored. I have called them and send them many emails and even a letter to get them to stop sending me sales info but they just will not stop bugging me. Just tonight they called my home phone and I had to tell them again to remove my info from their contact list and to stop contacting me. They have made it quite clear they do not value their repeat customers and I have made it quite clear that I have no desire to do further business with them. Now I feel that I just need to share my experiences with other people.\r \r Ordinarily, I would just have just blamed the sales person and not the dealership, except that I talked to two managers there about my issues and they refused to do anything about the problems. I refuse to do business with someone who condones this behaviour and cares more about doing and saying what ever it takes to make a sale and cares nothing about customer service and satisfaction. more

Now that I am a recognized face at Dodge of Burnsville I feel at home. I value the open view of the repair facility. I am an older motor-head so I am always curious about the whats and whys of new car maintenance. The staff are know their vehicles. I watch the tech work quickly and efficiently, wiping traces of any fluids off the engine surfaces. With a coupon savings I enjoy stopping by. Gives me a reason to check out the new cars, too! more

If you would like to be told what to think and treated rudely this is the place for you to buy a vehicle. I have been to this location 3 times now with each time being marked by poor salesmanship. \r \r My first encounter with this dealership I went to look at a car that was new at the time. I told the salesman that the trunk did not suit my needs and he tried to convince me otherwise. He then tried to sell me a used SUV when I told him I really wanted a new car. My first visit ended with him telling me that I needed to decide what I wanted and go else where to find it and me telling him that I was curious about one car but since it was sitting with a flat tire I was no longer interested not knowing how long it had sat that way and what kind of damage had been done to the sidewall. Maybe he just didn't take me serious because I came in on rollerblades since it was a nice fall day. (by the way, I did go else where and bought a brand new car)\r \r My second encounter came about 3 years more

Overall good dealership, attentive staff, fair prices and large inventory of new or used vehicles---all of which are in good condition. Service department is always busy, but working hard for you. Communication with service department is reasonable. Service advisers are knowledgeable and caring, not jut out to sell you out on services that aren't necessary. more

I bought my Grand Caravan SXT from Burnsville Dodge the last weekend of September. On my first pass to check out the Grand Caravan, the salesman seemed very attentive to what I was looking for and said that the SXT was definitely what I was looking for. In hindsight, all he checked on what whether I cared about leather and the rear entertainment system. Other requirements that I had grown used to in my 2000 Windstar were totally overlooked, but we'll get into that in a bit.\r \r I brought my wife and kids (ages 4 years and 10 months) to look at the van the next day. The salesman said that he was just finishing up with another customer and would be right with us. It took him over 45 minutes to get to us! We would have left long before then, but we were already fried from dealing with the kids and the oldest was content in the playroom. I read enough of the brochure to know that I wanted to get the premium package for the improved trip computer, back-up sensors, and powered rear hatch. more

Good customer service 7/26/2005

Good service for oil changes if you have a coupon. They also had in stock some needed supplies for a Dodge vehicle. The waiting room is somewhat confusing to get to, but they have chairs, tv and kids area. Recently had great deal on new cars, but we didn't have the money for it. more
