A loyal customer forever HERE. 2/14/2011

My job takes me all over the world...and my laptop of course travels with me. One particular visit in LA made me realize that my laptop was a little overworked and it decided not to boot up. I immediately called Doctors of Technology Computer Repair at about 9PM. I received a live person who calmly relayed the nature of the problem and the resolution. So, I overnighted my laptop from LA to LV. Then, the techs fixed my laptop with the resolution discussed on the phone, and overnighted it back to me in LA. My laptop, although on jetlag, is back in full force again. Now, I'm off to Rome and so is my laptop. I have developed such a sense of comfort with Doctors of Technology that I am forever an eternal fan! more

Free Diagnostics HERE! Can't beat it. 2/10/2011

My laptop computer wouldn't turn on and didn’t' know what to do. I didn't even know what was wrong with it. Since I didn't know, I got a huge range of prices on the phone. I called the Doctors of Technology Computer Repair shop and they said bring it in for a free diagnostic to see what the issue is. As a born native to Las Vegas I didn't believe it. Sure enough, I brought my laptop in and they gave me a free diagnostic by telling me the cost for getting the computer working again due to the bad hard drive. I went ahead since the cost was very reasonable. And best of all they had it ready for me the same day! more

Home Office is back on track now! 2/10/2011

Amazing! I’ve had my fair share of computer geeks come out to my home office, but none compare to Doctors of Technology Computer Repair. I had several issues wireless network, e-mail, and Internet was not available or performing slowly. I called in several techs that provided a solution that would work well for about 2-3 days and then I’d be at square one again. Doctors of Technology Computer Repair came over, fixed and optimized my network, and I have had no problems for months now. I am so glad I found these guys. They have allowed my home business to continue growing without any hurdles. Thank you so very much! more

About 2 months ago we had 2 of computers serviced at your business and could not be more satisfied with the service we received. Aaron worked on the computers and kept us up to date with the service being done. Our computers run faster and smoother since then. Today I had the remote service done as I had 2 viruses showing that could not be deleted. I did not get the technician's name that did the job, but again he was very polite and knowledgeable and made the procees easy to follow. I would like to commend you and the technicians that you have working for you. They are very professional and courteous and we are very happy with the service we have received.
