Not good quality work 3/19/2014

Came over and quoted higher price. Was here less than 15 minutes. Did not clean extra water off of the carpet and left it extremely wet. Owner/ Tech was mad about the drive and still made double what he quoted. Will not ever use this company again and will never recommend it either. Company basically stole our money with very poor service. Will be leaving reviews with everyone we can. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RESPONSE FROM Doctor Carpet Las Vegas: Customer try to make out company look bad. We will not let him to do that. Customer have to see the back of our invoice ( our policy ) Stains - NOT GUARANTEE !!! more

Very Good Service 3/9/2014

Im really happy that i find those guys !!! I check for carpet cleaning company in vegas and i find Doctor Carpet. We call like a week ago to check some rates for carpet & tile cleaning. The guy over the phone was really nice and friendly and explain me all. After few days they come over and make the job - AMAZING !!! I dont remembered how my carpets looks before !!! Everything so clean and looks great. No Doubt - BEST SERVICE !!! more

Responsive and eager to please 1/17/2014

Doctor Carpet Las Vegas was responsive when I called. I got a call back the same day, and the day I asked for was available. So those were all good things. The only downside was I wasn't really impressed with the level of cleaning. I didn't really see much difference between the before and after. I would say they are very good with their service as far as their responsiveness. But I can't speak much to the quality of the work because that was the first, and only time, I've used them. more

Worst carpet cleaning company I've ever used to clean my carpets. Service was done @ 11:30am and by 10:30pm the carpets in every room are still freaking soaked..... Never again will I used this people!!! more

Everything turned out fine with Doctor Carpet. I was expecting better results and thought they would leave my place more clean than they did, but I guess it depends on what chemicals they are using and how long they apply it. Overall the job was fine. more

Just good things to say :) 12/19/2013

we are seniors that live 30 years in las vegas. we find doctor carpet cleaning by some coupon that we got last year over the mail. we called and ask questions about the cleaning process , they was very nice , ask my questions and give us good feeling about them. we schedule appointment last week and they did a great job !!!! very nice & honest guy clean our carpets and leave great smell all over. thank you guys for great service more

I called Doctor Carpet and found they were incredibly helpful over the phone. Setting up an appointment was very quick. They either came out the next day or the following day. The people on the staff were all very professional. I've had a few carpet cleaners before who left some spots and didn't have very good service. With this service, everything looked like it was done by real professionals. There was nothing left behind. more
