Extremely Happy 3/19/2014

Doc's came on time, and did a phenomenal job. They cleaned area rugs, tapestry and carpet with exceptional results They also cleaned our air ducts with great results. They were very professional; stayed at it all day without a lot of chit-chat! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future to clean carpets and rugs etc. Thank you Doc's of Denver!!! more

Exceptional quality! 1/7/2014

I've been using Doc's of Denver Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning for about four years. They are responsive when you call and make appointments. Recently we had an extremely snowy day, and they still made it out for the appointment. Nobody knew it was going to snow, but they still made it and got the carpets incredibly clean. They did a great job! There's huge difference. I've used them numerous times, and I continue with them because they get stuff out of the carpets no one else has. They really concentrate on getting the carpet clean, and they don't try and sell me services I don't need. The work doesn't take very long, and I can tell they work very hard. You should go with Doc's! They may be a little more expensive, but it's worth it! They have exceptional quality. more

Positive and definitely use them again 10/9/2013

Doc's of Denver came and cleaned a large sectional, sofa, and loveseat and it turned out good. They really took their time and really paid attention to detail. The furniture came out really clean. more

Doc's Rescued us from a Terrible Ordeal! 9/17/2013

We have two small children and two very large dogs so we're no stranger to having our carpets cleaned. Recently, one of our dogs was sick while we were at work...so you can imagine the scene we came home to. I did the best I could to shampoo the carpets myself, and then started calling the professionals to get someone out ASAP. I must have called 10 places with no luck, when someone recommended I call Doc's. The owner of Doc's made a special trip to get out to our house the morning after next (more than a week earlier than anyone else), and they did a phenomenal job. Without question, Doc's will be doing all of our cleaning from here on out. Thank you! more

Always thorough and friendly service! 9/4/2013

I've used Doc's of Denver Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning for numerous properties. In my one main residence a few years ago, I had a sick dog for about two years. Steve came personally every time to "repair the damage", if you will. He always knew exactly what to do to alleviate the problem. They're all super polite there and take their time. Everything is always really clean. I'm super picky about my wood floors and baseboards, and they always have everything covered and dry. They're so neat and clean when they come in! more

I've been working with them for fifteen years and they did a terrific job. They are the type of vendor you really want to find. They give great service with great value and they give no surprises--they do what they say they will do. I got to know some of the crew and it's not unusual to see Steven, the boss, to show up out on the field and taking care of his customers. They're good folks. more

We have used Doc's of Denver for 9 years, and my parents at their home for many years as well. They are very attentive, reliable, and priced competitively. Shane and Steve have now cleaned my home twice in the last 2 years. They are very helpful and incredibly responsible with my home. I am very pleased that they always go above and beyond to help address all of my questions and problem areas. My carpets look new, in spite of their 7 year age, and significant traffic and accidental stains! I do not even solicit competitive bids because I know that Doc's will always treat me fairly, take great care wtih my home, and stand behind their service. This attention to details and customer service is very hard to find with companies always trying to cut costs (and corners!) these days. more

Old carpets look new 1/8/2013

With two children under 5, a lab and two cats, you could say our carpets have been through the ringer. Spilled milk, mud, make up--you name, it was on the carpet. Docs of Denver did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets. The house smells fresh when you walk in and my carpets literally look brand new. I can't recommend them enough. Staff was friendly, courteous and on time. I have used the national chains in the past and was disappointed. I won't use anyone but Doc's for my carpets again! more

I always feel that, when I call them, the job will be done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I know I will not have to wait for weeks to get them out here. They're very responsive. more

They gave us a lot of information on the service. They were very courteous, on time, and they spent a little extra time and extra effort doing a really good job. Three weeks later, I'm looking at the carpets, and they're still really good. I would certainly use them again, and I probably will call again a year from now. more

I have just found Doc's of Denver to be very responsive and prompt. If they offer a discount, they will honor it, and sometimes they will even extend it beyond the time-frame. Another thing that I really liked was that I referred them to a friend, and they gave a quote and extended the same discount to her. They've been in business a long time, though the ownership has changed. I have used them for years, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the service. I trust them to be in my house without me there. And lastly, they have great value. Their price for the quality of the service is quite good. more
