We've shopped here repeatedly...we are typically spending $400-700 a week at this pawn shop. The reason that we continue to go back is their prices are great. The reason that we may not ever go back is their service is horrible. There may only be a few other people in the store, but yet no one greets us as we come in and no one comes to ask us if we need to see anything for the first 10 or 15 minutes that we're in the store. We have actually left a few times after waiting 15 or 20 minutes and no one ever helped us. \r

It's a shame that we can't get better service here, since we've spent close to $5 or $6,000 in their store since July of this year. It's really a shame when employees don't show you any appreciation for your patronage. When we are assisted, we are typically met in a manner that makes us feel like we're actually bothering the staff, rather than contributing to their profits. We visit each of their locations and this one is by far the worst when it comes to showing their thanks. Certainly something for them to consider. If a few more consumers felt this way, I'm sure that the store would start feeling it in their bottom line. \r
With the economy what it is today, a little thanks would go a long way...we can spend our dollars elsewhere and most likely will start to do so.
Pros: The prices are great
Cons: The customer service is horrible
