Dobie doesn't have sufficient air conditioning and no maintenance. It's very difficult to work with management. Dobie is very expensive and doesn't offer much except a good loc...

Dobie doesn't have sufficient air conditioning and no maintenance. It's very difficult to work with management. Dobie is very expensive and doesn't offer much except a good location. Look elsewhere. There are much better deals and much nicer dorms. Even the UT dorms have AC and sufficient staff. more

pretty good 6/17/2008

I stayed at Dobie for 2 years from 2006 until this last Spring. Most of all my experiences have been positive. Food and security are both very good here. Maintenence for the most part fixed things timely. Other than a few small things I would highly reccomend for incoming Freshman and others not wanting an apartment.. Pros: very close to campus, good service, food and security, rooms were pretty nice Cons: not on campus more
