We were in the market for a truck and called to see if they had the particular truck we wanted on the lot. They found one and brought it in by the end of the week. It was great....

Ok service 4/14/2006

We bought our car from Doan a few years ago. We love our car, no problems there. What we didn't like was that the sales person called us constantly while we were still looking, then after we started paperwork, he called even more often. Not that it is major, but it was just annoying to be pestered so often. When we did get the car, he called a few more times. I understand wanting us to be happy and him wanting to close the deal, but geez, don't be pushy. Next time I think it will be somewhere else. . . more

We were in the market for a truck and called to see if they had the particular truck we wanted on the lot. They found one and brought it in by the end of the week. It was great. We then moved to Virginia and I had some problems. I called them up and they took care of things right away. I couldnt believe it. I didnt thin they would want to be bothered after they made the sale. more

Good Vehicle, missing salesman 8/3/2005

I recently bought a used Chevrolet Venture from these folks. I have no complaints, but from the start they seemed very professional about it. Later on I realized what a joke their "Tires for Life" plan was. Come to find out, you have to have your oil changes done there to stay in the warranty ($35) and every 2 oil changes you have to have your tires rotated ($55) so that you're wearing the tires evenly. Nice thought, but by the time I get my next set of tires, I bet my van will be 2 years old. Maybe I should have gone to the other place for the "oil changes for life" program. Also the salesman who sold me my vehicle left the company right after I signed the loan. So now I don't have a "friend" their. more
