Kazama Sushi is no longer in this Upland location. As far as I know, they've moved to Claremont, on Indian Hill Blvd., between 1st and 2nd st., in the Claremont Villiage. I spotted a sign written ""coming soon"" outside of their new location. As far as the quality of the food, superb is the right word to describe the highly skilled chef Shu and his art like Sushi. I recommend all Sushi lovers to try Shu San's sushi at least once, you will fall in love with it just like I did. Pros: Unique food, art like Sushi arrangement, skillful handling of fish Cons: They closed their old location in Upland about a year ago. I'm looking forward to try their new restaurant in Claremont! more

Hidden Gem of the Inland Empire 3/27/2006

As long as owner/sushi chef Shu-san owns Kazama, you are guaranteed excellent sushi at reasonable prices. Shu-san is so creative that his long time customers make him a book of specials. It contains pictures of all of the ""specials"" he made for them throughout the years. The ""specials"" were so pretty that even Van Ghoh and Piccaso would have given big thumbs up. Not wonder a local TV (Ch. 24) personality has rave reviews of this place. Pros: Awesome specials. , Reasonable prices more
