DMW Properties wrote bad checks 8/31/2011

I do not recommend DMW Properties, which managed my parent's property. DMW Properties failed to make several payments and the last check that they sent was rejected for insufficient funds. So, DMW Properties took the money that the tenants paid and didn't provide it to the owners. I believe that DMW Properties is incompetent and dishonest. Just do a Google search of Colleen Wallin of DMW Properties if you want further information about the many complaints against her and her company. more

Criminal practices 8/17/2006

I am a self employed painter and I have been trying to get paid for three properties I worked on for DMW Properties in May of 2005. The office staff has a terrible turnover. The company has lost several contracts with properties owners due to unsatisfactory service. If you are a property owner, or in the maintenance service industry, find another company because these people are crooks, don't care about clients and have a history of ripping people off. I am taking them to court to try and get my money and have made it my personal task of reporting them to every possible relevant review agency. Cons: Criminal Practice more
