I recently stopped in this ice cream shop and was pleasantly surprised to see how good the low fat ice cream tasted... better than most ice creams out there! Plus they had options of regular ice cream for my husband (who is not watching his weight....but should!). They also carry some great low carb products that are hard to find in this area....and now have some glutin free products which is important for me. The owner was very nice and friendly and the seating area very clean and kept up. I stumbled upon this while shopping and now will make it a special stop for me when I want to treat myself to something good....and healthy! Pros: clean, healthy, tasty more

Best low carb ice cream ever!! 7/25/2005

I love this place!! The owner is extremely friendly. The ice cream is the best. There is a variety of everything inside from breads to pastas to cany bars and cookies plus much much more. The price is average but well spent. Pros: Friendly Staff, Great tasting food , Money well spent more

If you are in the mood for ice cream, but are weight consious, D'Lites is for you! They have Carbolite ice cream which boasts 9 caloires and 1 carb per ounce (a regular serving is 7 ounces). They change their varities every day so every tiem you go, there is something new to try! They have regular ice cream as well, which is just as good. D'Lites also has a low carb food shop for those on Atkins and they have quite the selection (breads, sauces, pastas). If I were on Atkins, that would be my place to shop!
