I entered the office after calling for directions and was met by a very helpful young lady at the desk. They were in the middle of painting and redecorating the reception area and the young lady apoligized for the disarray in the office. She escourted me to Holly, the general manager, and after introducing myself, I explained to Holly what I was shopping for. She answered all my questions and gave me a great estimate for my roofing needs. The delivery date and time was setup. After returning to my office, I viewed a video on the internet showing how to properly measure for metal roofing. Of course, I had not done my measurements incorrectly. I went back and remeasured the roof and then called Holly the next morning and explained what I had done. She cheerfully made the requested changes to my order without hesitation. I have thoroughly enjoyed my business dealings with Dixieland Metals and all of the employees I have met! I highly recommend Dixieland for all your metal needs!! As you enter the sale office of this buisness, you feel as if you have been transported back in time. If your skin color is not white, your going to find the level like its 1955. The office help and thier attire make you feel like your at a brothel instead of profession sheet metal fabrication buisness. I do not recommend that anyone do buisness with this company until they are reminded that this the 21st century and African Americans and other non-white races are human too.
