My wife and I just had a child and I went looking for a car with 4 doors as our current car only had 2. I had seen a truck online that I wanted to check out further and I drove out to the dealership on my lunch break to take a look at it. I pulled up to the lot and got out, expecting to be attacked the second I got out of my car. I was not, however, and I strolled the lot leisurely. On quite the contrary, I went inside and wanted to find a salesman and came to Grant Gustavson first. Quite thankful I did as he was extremely nice, professional, and easy to talk to. Grant showed me the truck, took a look at my car and then ran some numbers showing me what the price would be. Now after that I fully expected him to try everything in his power to get me to buy that truck right then, right there. Not at all the case. He handed me the quote and said you and your wife think about it and call me if you need anything. I was truly shocked. I was able to walk out without feeling pressured at all. I came back 2 days later with my brother and his step-son to look again. We took it for a test drive and I was sold. Not ONE time did Grant say the old lines of "So what do I have to do to put you in this truck today" or "What will it take to earn your business," he simply let me and my family shop at OUR leisure and he was there to be an assistant. What a novel concept! We ended up buying the truck, which we felt like we got for a great price after doing research for values of similar years and models.
