This place offers the worst customer service ever thanks to their lovely bouncer staff. On 6/5/10 My brother and I decided to take our 18 yr old little bro on his 1st venture to this club. Our little brother wore a nice button up collar shirt, jeans, and docker shoes which one would assume is proper attire based on what others are seen wearing in that particular club. As my little bro. was sitting down enjoying the scene of people dancing, 3 very rude bouncers escorted my bro out of the club because " He was out of dress code...his shirt was out." I then demanded an explanation to their unfair action because all the men present were wearing similar polo shirts un-tucked from their pants. In response another bouncer explained " Ma'am it's up to the manager's digression on who he feels is out of dress code and he tells us to remove them." After pointing out a number of men, which were more than I can count on my fingers and toes, wearing the exact style clothing, and demanding they all be escorted out, the bouncer then went outside to let my brother back in, and later apologized.
am deeply saddened my little bro had a horrible and embarrassing experience his 1st time at Dixie's. The bouncers there are rude, unfair, and unprofessional !
