At first I was a little sceptical about hiring the services of an attorney firm via website for my divorce, especially for the price they were asking. I have to say that hiring the services of Miller Law Associates was one the best decisions I've taken. I am so glad I did! My uncontested divorce took about 30 days and only for the fracture of the price I would be able to do anywhere else. Everything happened exactly how they said it would. My questions were answered very fast and professionally over the phone or email, my choice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful all the way. I did not even have to go to court. I hired Jeff Miller on a referral from someone I knew, and had second thoughts as I'd never hired a lawyer before. This is the WORST service ever! I paid them over $400.00 with my credit card and they did NOTHING at all. i never got my paper work they ROBBED ME OF ALL MY MONEY! Do not use run as far away from them as fast as you can. During a divorce is the hardest times in our life, working can be stressful and when we spend our hard earned money to hire someone to help us we expect just that HELP! But instead this company prays on people in a bad state in their life, then steels there money. I have called them over 100 times and begged to get my money back and they told me they will not refund me. But yet they will not complete my divorce either. UNREAL, i am not the type of guy to write bad reviews online. But this was the worst company i have ever worked (or not worked) with in my life. I question how in the heck they are in business. Now i have to hire a new lawyer to handle my divorce and a 2nd one to go after these crooks to get my funds back from them. I pray that just one person reads my review before they hire them and not after. If i can help one person to save there money and time and hopefully find a good lawyer to help you in this horrible time in your life, then i can sleep better at night. I will spend the next 30 days going to every single website i can find and writing bad reviews to help others know what to expect from this company. When they first opened they were lucky and got there name out there, so because we go to there website and see all the fancy stuff, from there big offices, to there website reviews - keep in mind they post the good reviews on there website, we can not post on there website at all. Looking at all the fancy photos and lights and there car wrap, well it earns instant trust so we pull out our debit cards and pay them. ONLY TO LEARN WE PICKED THE WRONG COMPANY. I had a simplified divorce, no children or property, so going the online-lawyer way was a great option for me. My fiance handled his divorce via Miller Law Associates, and helping him with the paperwork throughout the process was a great learning experience when the time came to process my own divorce. The service, and the company, are exactly what they claim it to be: a hands-free approach to divorce, with a very affordable fee to boot. I had very few questions but the lawyers were quick to respond. I paid very close attention to their detailed instructions and didn't have any setbacks, and I didn't need any handholding either, so it was flawless and perfect for me. I highly recommend their services for someone who has a simple divorce, as was my case and my fiance's. Although I have absolutely no intention of ever getting divorced again, I would use them in a heartbeat if I had to. Kudos to Lisa and the rest of the team at Miller Law Associates!!! more

I used divorceyes.com back In 2008. My divorce was started May 16, 2008 & I was divorced June 30, 2008. The process was easy to follow. We had child support and visitation all worked out by June 5. All we had to do was wait. I recommend Jeff Miller. Follow the steps and do your research prior. I will recommend them. more

As soon as I called them just to set up an. Appointment with them, this Jeff person was rude and unprofessional. Please do not use them basically you get what you pay for or don't pay for. I will be contacting BBB and chamber of commerce about them. And the only reason I have them one star is because I had to rate them other wise I would have given them -5 stars. more

I want to start off by saying that my divorce took a total of 36 days from the day I contacted Miller Law Associates until the day the judge made my divorce legal. Jeff, Lisa and Sander were very helpful and answered all of my questions no matter small and in a timely manner. If you follow all of the instructions and are amicable you will not have an issue and what can be a very miserable will be go through fast. I am still in shock that I filed a uncontested divorce with children and didn't need to modify any paperwork and my divorce was done in under 5 weeks!!! I will warn you that at first it is rather uncomfortalble to handle all of this via email ...but they responded quicly and basically said be patient and it will happen !! They were right hahaha more

I wish I would have read this review before I hired Jeff Miller Law Associates. I can only guess the post from Jeff M. giving a great review is the lawyer himself. I agree whole-heartedly with the other reviewer. You don't get to talk to a lawyer. They do not answer questions. Jeff is completely unprofessional and rude. You will never get a call back. I asked lots of questions and had to have a lawyer friend rewrite much of my divorce paperwork. Jeff Miller didn't offer one suggestion when I asked how I can protect myself in certain financial issues. I will be contacting the BBB and Chamber of Commerce and anyone else I can to let them know what a terrible business policy this firm has. Please do not hire this law firm for your divorce. You will be sorry you did. more

They don't give you actual communication with a lawyer. They have an "email inquiry" you can send if you have questions, but they don't answer it. Their online questionnaire doesn't work. They give you little to no information on the actual details of the divorce. And then you get no final paperwork even though they say you do. If you try to talk to them on the phone, they will not respond or call you back. Even worse, the lawyer himself refuses to answer questions and is rude over email (I managed to get a hold of his email). The funny thing is they spend more time telling you to give them good reviews online than they do actually telling you about your divorce. They are awful. Run away from them because they only make this entire process that much more painful and frustrating! more
