5-Star Establishment! 4/9/2012

This place is far and away my favorite salon in Jackson, MI. The customer service is always amazing, and I always leave as a completely satisfied customer. I think their only flaw is that getting a walk-in appointment is difficult, but that's only because they're so popular! I would recommend Divinity Design Studio to anyone! more

Not what a Design Studio should be. 9/26/2011

I have been to Divinity three times in the last 5 years, and I will never give them another chance. First off, I had a one hour massage that was anything but relaxing. The girl walked in finishing a bag of Doritos, and proceeded to breath her dragon breath on me for the whole massage! She also had really long fake nails that dug into me. It was far from relaxing. more

I wish 7/5/2011

I wish I had never set foot in this place. My hair is fried. 5+ years of care, no harsh chemicals, gentle shampoos, etc, gone in an instant. Everything I said I liked about my hair (thickness, length, body) they undid. I just wanted a good haircut. Now I got a sh*tty fried mop on my head. I don't even want to touch it. more

Very happy to have found this place 6/17/2010

First time to the place and was pleasantly surprised to see the inside of the studio. Everything was well spaced and comfortable. I wanted to cut my long hair and donate it and was told they work with Children with Hairloss foundation.\r Marina my hairstylist was very professional and meticulous. I didn't have a particular style in mind and told her what I do on a daily basis. She styled my hair just the way I would have liked it. \r The fee was not too crazy high either. Overall I was very happy with this place and will definitely return to the same stylist. more

Great Salon! 3/15/2008

After moving to the area following a divorce, I decided to cut my long hair off. I went in, met with Beth and told her kind of what I had in mind. She started cutting and it turned out WONDERFUL! I have been to this salon several times now and it's the first time in my life I have looked forward to a haircut because I know it will be wonderful and I won't go home wondering why on earth I cut my hair. It's not the cheapest place for a haircut, but I think this is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. It's a wonderful place! more
