I was new to the city and needed some major alterations done (pretty ASAP) on a bridesmaid dress. I needed this dress shortened and taken in all over. I was nervous about taking it to just any drycleaners, but this was close by where I lived, and I was out of options and decided to give it a try. Parkway did an AMAZING job with my dress! I now live downtown, a few miles from the Lincoln Park area and in the vicinity of plenty of other tailors; however, I prefer to make the trip back to Parkway. Family service makes for personal service! 1/1/2008

I have been a customer of this family owned and run cleaners since 1999. I highly recommend it for the convenient location (next to Diversey EL train), generous hours (7am- 7 pm M-F and 8am-6 pm SAT), the variety of services offered (I have enjoyed laundry by the lb, dry cleaning, excellent tailoring and even sneaker cleaning!) and the consistent attention to detail and efficiency that is the standard at Parkway. What I have appreciated about Parkway Cleaners over the years- and you will too- is that their family service makes for personal service.. and we can all use more of that!
