Diva's A Salon of Distinction

I went into Divas after hearing around town Michelle Ramos does the best nails,and has won awards for it. She seemed nice so I went ahead with it. (BIG MISTAKE) She rambled on the entire time about herself and bad mouthing every other salon in the area. She broke my skin with the filer and acted as if everything was fine. The worst part, I could pretty much see everything hanging out of her shirt. Very inappropriate. My nails were FAR from award winnning. Worst nail salon experience Ive EVER had. more

I went into Divas a few weeks ago for a full set after hearing around town Michelle Ramos does the best nails in town, and has won awards for it! She seemed nice so I went ahead with it! (BIG MISTAKE) All she talked about was herself. And bad mouthed every other salon in the area. She was dressed very unappropriately! My nails looked far from award winning quality. She broke my skin with the nail filer, and acted like it was fine! Plus WAY over priced. All I can say is, WHO GIVES OUT THESE AWARDS???? more

I was visiting Pinetop, Arizona a couple weekends ago. I figure while my husband was out playing golf that I would go and get my nails done. I actually looked up reviews on salons and asked around and came to find out that Diva's was known as one of the best. However that is wrong. The people that work in the salon were friendly as soon as I walked in, and the salon was very warming and delightful. But the nail part was different from what I thought.... Michelle Ramos is the owner which she made very clear as soon as I sat down in her chair! She was very unprofessional not only how she spoke but also in the way she dressed. From my sitting point I could see more then I wanted in her clothing wear, skin wise. The nail service....... she was rough and very aggressive. Not only was my service awful but I also heard the most rude comments come out of her mouth about others, and her speaking just about herself....Never asking about me.. it was about her/husband!!!!!!! By the time I walked out of there my nails were not what i wanted nor looked how i wanted them. By the second day after getting them done they started to pop right off. I ended up having to go to a different salon.... I will say do not always listen to others or reviews..... I would never go there again for any nail service! It was a waste of money which wasn't cheap! more

When you walk into Divas you realize right away that the owner, Michelle, has exquisite taste for style. The colors are black and purples w/ touches of blues. The people that work in the salon are always so friendly and helpful. When I go to get my nails and hair done, they are professional, and a lot of fun to talk to. They always have great advise. Michelle Ramos is the owner and she does an awesome job of nails. I had the manicure look and the base of my nail was so pretty with a glittery base to it. Michelle is an awesome person to work with and has been doing nails for a long time. Frankie has permed my hair and did an awesome job, I will definitely be going back to him. This is a full service salon that does everything. They have an awesome tanning bed as well. This salon is excellent with walk in people and finding the time to take care of everyone. more
