Unless you can afford to pay excessive labor costs and 125% parts mark up, stay away from this place. I was charged nearly $350.00 to replace a simple distributor cap and rotor. If you are considering using this place, do your research first and call around and see what other shops would charge. Also check the retail prices of the parts they are using. My understanding is that this shop buys from CarQuest, and they receive a discount below what is offered to the public. I am a woman, and I hate to play the ""taken advantage of"" card, but I see that's clearly what happened to me. Cons: Rip-off more

They've always treated me fairly 11/12/2008

While living in Davenport, I've used Dittmers regularly. They have completed all the repairs they said they could do. When I have a job that they weren't able to handle, alignment, they have pointed me to a shop that has done excellent work and was fairly priced. This is one service station I would gladly take my vehicle. Pros: Always complete the work as promised on time Cons: nothing comes to mind more
