LOVE MY NEW DENTIST!!! 1/26/2012

Besides having a fear of going to the dentist and being "A BIG BABY" ....That being said NO one has ever been able to satisfy my discomfort and anxiety of being in that dental exam chair. Bed side manners and genuine caring staff on board put me at great ease! This is the best dental experience I've had and will stay a patient for years to come! Thank you Distinguished Dental! more

Awesome! 1/10/2012

After having a few bad dentists; I finally felt comfortable with a dentist! I had a couple of root canals with one dentist; and it was the nightmare ordeal that people scare you with. I was looking for another dentist to perform another root canal; and was passed around from office to office and even to an endodontist. Then I just walked into Distinguished Dental. The lady at the desk seemed more knowledgeable than a receptionist, and was wonderful when answering my questions about a second opinion and insurance. Then when I had my appointment and procedure; EVERYONE was wonderful!! The hygienist and Dr. McIntosh, and another lady who was in training, were all so respectful, comforting, and so very attentive! This was the experience I have been looking for, and I will be back! more

what a great dental experience 11/30/2011

I moved to TX two years ago and had been with my top of the line dentist for 25+ years in my old home town. Received an advertisement in the mail from Distinguished Dental to attract new customers. I had not seen a dentist since moving here so I called and made the appointment for x-rays, exam, and teeth cleaning. Staff very polite, professional, Dentist has good chair side manner, real nice office, top of the line x-ray machines and the teeth cleaning was the best I've ever had had. I even woke up the next morning running my tongue over my cleaned teeth. Best of all the entire introductory price on the advertisement is exactly what they charged me. I now have a new dentist that I am happy with. You must try this dentist. more

I started seeing Dr M almost a year ago! She is by far the best dentist I've ever had! My entire family now see's Dr M.....even our kids! more

Quick and painless! 9/27/2011

I hate going to the dentist. Thats why I put off my appointment for TWO years! After seeing Dr. McIntosh, I now know that NOT all dentists are rough, rude, and sloppy! She was caring, honest, respectful, gentle, and did a great job on my fillings. The last time I had to have fillings, I went home with rough edges and the fillings did not fit my bite correctly. Dr. McIntosh took the time to make sure the fillings felt right and were smooth with no roughness or sharp edges. I'm so pleased to have found Dr. McIntosh. No longer will I have to put off appointments due to anxiety at the dentist! My husband will be going to see her in a few weeks and I will be able to refer her to friends and family with confidence! The other staff (front desk and dental assistant) were excellent too, and the office is beautiful! more

Excellent with children! 9/8/2011

I took my two children, 6 and 9, to see Dr. McIntosh this week. The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. McIntosh explained the process, discussed treatment options, and gave recommendations that were sensible and had our best interests in mind. We have found our family dentist! more

My experience at this office was awesome, from the time we walked in until we left. The office was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, the office staff, and Dr McIntosh's assisant, and Dr. McIntosh herself were very cordial and knowledgable. Would recommend to anyone. Yes folks, even TORNADO TERRY'S teeth need some attention sometimes. Broke a molar on Tuesday eve. My wife had been to see Sheri previously and suggested I call. Called for an appointment and was able to get right in. I have to say they are very nice, made me feel right at home, able to watch TV while they work. Was very comfortable and thats not usually the case for me when seeing the dentist. Many thanks for seeing me right away and for doing such a nice job all while providing an easy going, "we are right there with you approach". THANK YOU! Tornado Terry more

You will actually enjoy your dental visit 8/12/2011

After avoiding a dentist office for many years due to a negative experience, this team of professionals restored my faith in dentists. They are very sensitive to your concerns and they don't make you feel bad for not staying on top of your dental care. Appointments are easy to make and once there they get you right in and get you started. Great, great, great dentist. Will be transferring my entire family to this office. more

I had my second appointment today with Dr. McIntosh. I am still very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of the Dr. I had a chip repaired this time. Dr. M is very detail oriented and did a fabulous job! I am so happy to have found this office! more

Professional Yet Personal! 7/15/2011

Being a new resident to the Ft Worth/Keller area, I had no idea who to choose when it came to a dentist, so I decided to use ol faithful to aid me in my search - google! After finding about 10 or so dentists, and some umming and awwing, I finally decided on Distinguished Dental (or "DD" as I now fondly refer to it) due to the high ratings by existing patients. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Both Dr McIntosh herself and the dental technicians/nurses were just as the title says - professional yet personal. It also helped that the offices were modern, clean and well decorated as it all contributed to my sense of comfort. Overall, I know I made the right choice, and Dr McIntosh and everyone else have made themselves a long-time patient in me! One thing I just remembered is that a promotion was going on regarding teeth whitening, and this is something I was interested in, so I am quite excited to try that out too once my custom fittings are ready (especially for free!) more
