Would give negative stars if I could. I received a call 3 days ahead of my appointment where they left a message confirming my appointment and they asked if I could call to update my insurance info. I called the next day and got an answering machine. Didn't want to leave my personal info on their answering machine I called back on the day of my appointment to give them the insurance info ahead of time. The girl who answered said my appointment was cancelled because I needed to give them the insurance info at least 3 days before the appointment so they can confirm it. When I asked why I wasn't told this, she said she didn't know, she doesn't normally work in that office. I asked to speak to someone who did and I got Tracy who said she had been leaving me messages all week (no, I received the one on Monday and a hang up the day of the appointment). She was rude and said sorry, that is our policy. They cancelled my apt and didn't even bother telling me. I asked her to cancel my husbands appointment and she had to ask me when it was! I cancelled my husband's appointment too due to their lack of customer service and will take my family's business elsewhere. Not worth giving money to a group who just doesn't care.
