Best

I visted Disneyland on my birthday and due to their newest promotion, entrance to the park was free! you have to register ahead of time online and they will send you an email two...

Worst

We just got back from a week long Disney trip, a first for all of us. The trip was designed for my kids, but my hubby and I, and my older kids 10 and 12 were bored. Not one ride...

Yes I AM a Sucker 2/27/2006

Because I will gladly fork over the bajillion dollars it costs to get into this place. As a SoCal native, Disneyland was a part of growing up for me, and it continues to inspire that feeling of exuberance whenever I go. Space Mountain is back and better than ever, although I hear that Pirates with be down for some "updates" starting soon. more

Great Place For A Date - If You Can Afford It! 2/25/2006

Disneyland, out of all the theme parks, is probably mostly designed for kids. However, if your a teen or adult, you can still have fun on some rides and probably is a great place for a date. Whats cool is that they just reopened the Space Mountain ride after shutting it down in order to upgrade and improve the ride. Other popular rides you must try is the Indiana Jones ride, A Small World (which can be scary after a while with all that singing!), and many others!!! There's also many parades and shows that can entertain you as well. This park is probaby best for families with kids ages 3-11, since the kids will love the place. The only negative is the price! This place use to be affordable, but now is quite expensive for a one day pass. It can cost up to $50 for a ticket for one person!!! Anyways, if you can afford it, I really recommend you go. If your on a tight budget, it's probably best you spend you money some other place. more

The most magical place on earth 1/21/2006

Disneyland is the original and the best theme park in the world. It simply can't be missed. If you are 2years old or 90 years old there is something for everyone. this truely is a different world, one of magic, fantasy and of course, a mouse. more

Yeah Mickey Mouse 1/20/2006

Do yall know how much Mickey mouse house cost? Oh my god 60 bucks for an adult.and 40 for a kid. Something have to be free eventually or no body is going to keep coming to Disneyland all the time with those high prices. The place is cool for kids and adults and after about 30 minutes you will forget about the money you spent on the admission. The parades was cool and if it is your birthday you get free balloons and cuts to the front of the line and treats out of gift shops and much more. So if it is your birthday go to the city hall and you will be rewarded asap. And the other lick is bring a handy cap sticker or borrow one because you never have to wait in line and do not have to pay any extra money for the speed pass. Because in actuality you ar efaster than speed wit ha handicap pass. Be careful and do not get caught. more

Great Place for Kids 12/10/2005

If you haven't gone to Disneyland, you are missing out on a lot. There are a ton of things for kids to do and you cannot see it all in one day. There are rides, shows/parades, gift shops, people dressed up as your favorite disney characters and more! You can even bring your own food to the park (theirs is quite expensive) and leave it in lockers in the front of the park. Their is also parking and you have to pay for that, but it isn't that bad. There are a variety of icket options (one day, two day, park hopper). You can go to their website for more information. I highly recommend this place for the kid in EVERYONE! more

I'm Going To Disneyland!!! 12/5/2005

Disneyland...what else is there to say about Disneyland? It is quite simply the most magical place on earth. When I was a kid I loved it. When I was older I still loved it. I love it now. Who doesn't love it? Go to Disneyland. Have some fun. Take your kids. Go visit the most magical place on earth. Pros: Everything about it Cons: None whatsoever more

Perfect for anybody 11/13/2005

As the most famous theme park in the world, Disneyland is worth the price and the effort to visit. I know of many couples who visit this park just to have fun and enjoy a great date. It is really for everyone who enjoys the magic, not just for little kids. The prices have been going up steadily over the years, so be prepared to shell out some cash. more

The happiest place on earth!!! 11/9/2005

I've been an annual pasport holder for years now. I've loved Disneyland since I was a little girl. They have built many new rides since then.. Fantasmic is my favorite water show at Disneyland. Don't miss this. Go early so you can find good spots. The best time to go is winter time, before Christmas. The park is decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations and lights and waiting in long lines in the winter is not as painful as waiting in long lines in the hot summer Southern California weather. more

Memories are made at Disneyland. 10/16/2005

Disneyland is a great place to go with the kids or just with that special someone. Disneyland offers a variety of fun, from exhilarating rides to amazing light shows. Memories are made every time I have visited Disneyland, and I would recommend it to anyone. more

Buy A Pass 10/14/2005

Disneyland is such a great time. Their 50th Anniversary Spectacular is a must see and you really can't miss it!!! I would suggest buying a pass sicne ticketsd are now in the upward $60. A pass is also worh it because you get discounts all over the parks and you gain admission to both parks year round, not just one! more

Most exciting place for the kids 10/6/2005

Disney land is a great place for kids.As an adult I myself enjoyed the Disney.Felt as though I was a little kid again seeing all the cartoon characters come live. The rides are great too.Its definitely a holiday destination for everyone especially who have kids.I would definitely go back again and again till I get bored of it which I suppose wouldn't happen. My kids loved the Disney land, especially when they can meet their favorite cartoons its like a big dream come true for them. Now that the long weekend is again approaching already they are asking me to take them to Disney for the holiday which I am also seriously considering as I too love the place. more

Fun for everybody 9/27/2005

I loved Disneyland! And I'm not 6! Seriously, no matter how old you are, this is something everyone should do. I had a great time with my fiancee, although everything was so expensive we ran out of cash pretty quickly. But it was worth it to see the Matterhorn and ride Space Mountain and of course, to see Mickey! I can't wait to take my kids someday. more

What a great family vacation! 9/9/2005

We recently went to the Disneyland resort and my kids had a great time. They enjoyed rides I thought they'd cry on. There was so much for them to see and do. They were able to go on quite a few rides and they are only 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 years old. Great family vacation destination. more

Fast Pass 8/26/2005

Disneyland is named "The Happiest Place on Earth" and it is truely kept to their name. Disneyland in Anaheim is the original and first Disneyland built in the world. This year is it's 50th anniversary and a lot of things are decorated nicer than any other years. Although the admission price for Disneyland is greatly expensive than the other amusement parks in California, Disneyland is worth it. Disneyland has many more rides than the other ones. Since there are so many people going each day, your admission ticket is your Fast Pass. All you need to do is slide your ticket at the Fast Pass Station in front of the ride and a ticket prints of the time you come back where u don't need to wait in line. That way you can ride the other rides while waiting for the others. At night, you can visibly see large fireworks and a tinkerbell dance in mid-air. It's was the best fireworks I've ever seen. Disneyland rides are designed for kids so it's a great place for families with kids to go. It is also a great place for couples to go because everything is so cute and romantic. Definitely an ideal adventurous day. more

The ultimate theme park 8/24/2005

Disneyland provides a place of nostalgia for so many people everywhere. That's why they can charge so much for their tickets, and not really update that many of the rides, and still EVERYONE will come (myself included). Going to Disneyland makes is a familiar and safe experience. Expect lots of children, foreigners, and smooching couples. The rides are not intended to be scary at all, and are intended to just follow the theme of that certain area of the park to AMUSE you. And actually, it really is fun to be there, taking pictures with all the characters and riding kiddy rides. The scariest is probably Splash and Space Mountain, in that order. The biggest caveat to this is their expensive prices on everything! Tickets are $50+ and the churro I got there was like $4. more

Disneyland! 8/21/2005

Disneyland is a great place to go and is fun for the whole family. Disneyland is a great place to bring the younger children for they will love it. Disneyland features a wide expanse of children’s rides associated with their favorite Disney characters. Disneyland also offers some scarier rides for the older children and adults, so everyone will love it! more

Maybe once is enough! 8/20/2005

I have been there 3 years before. I really enjoyed the time spent there. But when I went there once again, I found a little boring. Maybe it is because I had grown up? Anyway, I still like the Disney downtown. It is interesing shopping there. All the stores are selling cute things. more

Theme Park for the kids 8/19/2005

Disneyland is a fun place to go to but most of the rides are for children. If you are looking for scary rides then Disneyland is not the place for you. It is however a great place to relax, most of the rides are fun and there are many different things you can see. Disneyland has great shows also including a water show and a parade. more

Happiness 8/16/2005

How could anyone rate Disneyland as anything other than a 5? It is always associated with childhood glee. Once people grow up they are always like "I haven't been to Disneyland since..." I do not know anyone who doesn't like Disneyland. If you go you have to ride everything! Even though it is pretty hard to ride and see everything in only one day. Just spend more than one day there! No matter how many times you go in your life, there is always something left that you haven't seen or somewhere you haven't eaten or something you haven't ridden. Just an all around happy place to go :) more

Nothing Spectacular Residents Would Enjoy 8/15/2005

Disneyland in Anaheim isn't very exciting if you're a resident of nearby cities. The rides are stale, the food and admission is overpriced, and the lines are extremely long. Disneyland is a place for foreigners to enjoy their time out and is great for the kids. For the more mature audience, the theme park to go to is Six Flags Magic Mountain in the city of Valencia. No adult will find any of the rides at Disneyland frightening or extremely enjoyable. more
