There's little you can say to sell Disneyland--most people know whether it's for you or not. I think one of the most important indicators as to whether you like it as an adult is whether you went there as a child. If it was an important part of your childhood, then whenever you go there, you can get a glimpse of things as they were when you were younger, before you got hard and cynical, and when you still believed that maybe things would actually work out happily ever after. If you can go in with a suspended sense of irony, it's a wonderful place to get a break from the grim (and ever-grimmer) work-a-day world. If you can't, and think such escapist entertainment is stupid and a waste of time---well you'll just have to take your hollow, little black soul elsewhere for fun, because you won't find it here.
