I can actually get my kids to come to the dinner table without argument, because they know they won't miss the end of their show....my only disappointment is that I have a 100 hour capable DVR and I understand that Dish is offering new customers a 500 hour DVR-and I wish existing customers could be eligible for it without paying a huge upgrade fee....I have discovered that if the satellite goes out during a storm, you can still plug into what is saved in the DVR and still have television entertainment. more

I choose Dish Network 5/4/2011

I am located in Fort Myers, Florida. Honestly all the company's I know of have little fee's here and their depending on what you ask for. The point is I choose Dish Network and so far 1 year or so I am very happy! more

Dish also has add-on channels and they are affordable! What I like is the Baby tV channel. It helped my kids a lot. more

I don't know where to begin because DISH is about everything. It has the best reception, many channels, good service, more upgrades, and great pricing. What else can you ask for? more

Easy and best of all 1/31/2011

We are pretty happy with the service. There has been times lately though it has skipped a lot on programs we recorded with the DVR. I like that we can record 100 hours of shows. We just received a smart card in the mail to update it and it wasn't hard to do. We do lose the signal at times but right now we are having bad storms going through and we haven't lost the signal yet. So we are very happy with that. more
