Awesome kid's museum 9/26/2005

The Discovery Science Center is exactly what a kid's museum should be ... HANDS ON! They have a ton of stuff for the kids to play with and touch. Lots of fun science experiments that will wow your little ones. They generally have some type of presentation on the weekends geared towards kids. If you live in the area I suggest getting a pass, it works out to be cheaper in the long run. A good way to keep the kids entertained. more

A great palce for kids 8/18/2005

This kids museum is best recognized as the large black cube on its end visible from the freeway by the Main Place mall . The museum, sponsored by Taco Bell has lots of kid-friendly hands on activities. Currently they are doing a Martian theme with all the aliens and slime a young boy could want. Good mix of learning and fun! more

Fun for Young Ones 8/15/2005

A great alternative to the many millions of mind-numbing attractions sprikled around So Cal. The Center just went through a several million dollar overhaul with all new exhibits and shows. The museum also hosts a number of popular traveling exhibits touring the country. The proceeds of your ticket go toward operation of the non-profit museum and other programs such as community outreach and K-12 teacher training in science. A great place to go for hours of fun and a wonderful place to make a donation to continue their numerous charity programs. more
