Discovery Point Covington East

I have had my children here for a little over a year now. I know it's been through some changes as we were coming in but over all things have turned out very nicely for my family. My kids love it here and they love all the staff around them! The teachers are kind and patient. The director is caring and loving. I know they are taken care of very well here! IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CHILD HURT, THIS CENTER IS ALWAYS OVER THE CHILD TEACHER RATIO AND UNDER STAFFED. PLEASE FROM ONE PARENT TO ANOTHER DONT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! WE'RE LEAVING! LOOKING FROM THE OUTSIDE THEY MAKE IT SEND ALL WELL AND NICE BUT ONCE YOUR THERE JUST PAY ATTENTION AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF ITS CORPORATE OWNED AND NOT KID FRIENDLY. $$$$$$$ more

Horrible!!! I went to pick up my two year old who attended there and he was dirty!! His face had dried up crusty snot on it! His pull-up was full! The assistant director was very rude, had a horrible attitude! She was so unprofessional!!!!! I will NEVER take my son back there again!!! more

A+++ Service! I highly recommended this daycare to everyone! The staff is extremely friendly to both the parents and children!!! Ms Chandra, the Director, is one of the most caring, supportive, and in-tune supervisors I have ever met. She knows your child's needs and instructs her staff on how to best care for them. Every teacher I have met so far is outgoing, responsible and extremely professional. I have two boys that have been there for quite some time and I can not think of one negative comment to make. The facility looks and smells very clean. (In fact every time I go in there they are cleaning!) The rooms are full of bright colors and organized into activity centers. My children are excited to go there each day and I am thrilled at how informed they keep me regarding their behavior and any new changes they have observed. If you are looking for a place that truly cares about your child?s well being and is willing to take the time to communicate with you then this is definitel more

We moved our son to Discovery Point for proximity and finacial reasons. We were at Champions for Children and loved it there. We just needed something we could afford better. Needless to say I was very worried about moving him after he was so adjusted to the staff at C4C. But... this move has been great. He loves it and the staff are simply wonderful!!!! They are very outgoing and helpful and take an active interest in our lives. They allow for drop-in/part-time students which makes it a perfect fit for my alternative work schedule. I can say that I'm very happy now with our move over here. more
