I am a true patient! I was in an auto accident in 2000. I went to a chiropractor and was told the ligaments in my neck were torn and I needed adjustments. I also had a crooked tailbone. He outlined a treatment plan and I followed it. It was for 3 months (all insurance would pay for) and my neck was better and my tailbone was straightened. Fast forward 12 years.. I could no longer lower my chin to my chest nor could I turn my neck very far. If you pushed on my head, I had agonizing pain in my back. If I bent over, I had trouble straightening back up and could not lay flat on my back. After ONE month of treatment with Dr. Southerland, yes he outlines a treatment program, I am already almost 40 % better. I can lower my chin to my chest with very little tightness and I can turn my head with out using my shoulders to support my neck. I can lay flat and stand up quickly from leaning over. ONE MONTH!! SO yes, I will continue treatment until I feel better. I had surgery and stopped treatment for a week and noticed how quickly I tightened back up. I really enjoy Dr. Dale and his staff. They are very welcoming and truly love people. They were willing to work with me financially. I have also enjoyed a massage there and felt it was very beneficial. The best massage I have had!
